Sooo, where do I get the notebook screw required to install this? It didn't include a screw. Pretty lame Mushkin.

Actually My motherboard had a screw pre installed in the post. Considering the many different sized posts and thread type it really is the main board manufacturers responsibility to supply a screw to match the post they installed. You will have good luck at Lowes or search for a fine screw in one of the many bags of screws that came with motherboards you have installed in the past. I am very pleased with the price to performance ratio; 5 seconds flat from my BRIX to logon screen 2012r2

Would this work (fit) in my TOSHIBA Laptop Satellite L675D-S7040? My hard drive is starting to fail and would like to replace it soon.

Unless you have an msata port inside the machine you can not use this. That said, I Googled your system and found out it takes a 2.5 hard drive, Hopefully you will install one that is more than 320 gigs. Any one of the 2.5 hard drives should fit in your machine given it matches the size (dimensions of the drive) in your laptop.
