Installed fine on my rig runs at 1066Mhz without BIOS flash or any trouble

Not Good for Phenom II AM3

Pros: Half worked at 800. Low profile so good clearance with heat sinks

Cons: Did not work at 1066 cl 5-6-6-18 and 2.1 volts with AM3 Phenom II on Foxconn Destroyer Motherboard. Replaced with Other memory that worked at 1100 5-5-5-15 so Mother board and Processor will work with 8 Gb and 1066 just not with this memory. Standard Return policy will cost you so make sure this memory will work with your motherboard before selecting.

Other Thoughts: Wished New Egg would provide Processor / Motherboard compatibility info.
