Pros: Flexible cooling options allowing for both air or water cooling. Allows you to edge towards DDR3 speeds with older technology. For me, it was a stop-gap product. I bought an AMD AM3 processor so that part is ready for when I upgrade my board in the future.
Cons: If you water cool this, go to the hardware store and get some locktite red (that is ironically in the blue bottle) and unscrew ALL the threads and put this heat resistant thread locker on it and let it dry overnight. It will simply NOT stay in there without it and will unscrew ever-so-slightly allowing a leak.
Other Thoughts: The barbs will work with standard 6mm tubing but it takes some work to get it on there. It is also a very tiny hole so I put mine in a 4 way parallel arrangement to keep the flow rate up. I am not sure I would put these in your regular loop. I made an extra one just for them. The factory air heat spreader is actually quite effective. I wasn't really able to gain much more out of it by running them on water. AMD chipsets only allow 1066 or above on two banks. However, if you overclock that isn't an issue. Set the ram down to 800mhz and overclock the FSB and the ram timings manually to bring it back up. I don't remember my settings off the top of my head, but I am just shy of the full-rated 1200 mhz.

Great for only 4GB use, not for 8GB

Pros: Runs as listed, no problem getting to 1200. See comment below for running 8GB of this memory at 1200. If anyone was able to do 8GB at 1200 on an intel 775 rig, I would like to know.
Cons: What most board and memory manufacturers will not clearly state is that for DDR2 overclocked situations (1200) they only test one memory stick per channel. This set was paired with an identical 4GB set (which run at 1200 just fine) but the 8GB set up will only run at 1066 speed. After multiple tries and adjustments and contacting OCZ, we concluded that it will only run at 1066 when you have 4 sticks on the board.
Other Thoughts: Had one set for a year running great. See comments above why the minus 1 egg.

Pros: Memory is fast Love the fact I can use liquid cooling on this memory. I chose not to but the memory still runs very cool.
