4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Brought better stability to my OC'd P5b Deluxe than my D9 based Crucial.

Cons: Still not totally stable. Can't achieve as high of clocks as would be desired.

Other Thoughts: Of course the item arrived quickly, and well packaged.

3 out of 5 eggsG-Skill Memory

Pros: Cheap Price

Cons: Not compatiable with my DFU UT P35-T2R Motherboard. When any major workload was placed on the memory it would fail and reboot.

Other Thoughts: RMAing back to Newegg

5 out of 5 eggsGood memory

Pros: Great memory for the price, I overclocked to 4-4-4-4, but from these reviews I am going to try 4-4-3-5 tonight, doubt I will have any problems.

Cons: I paid the original price of $109 back last March 07.

Other Thoughts: I purchased two pairs (4 gigs total) and I haven't any any problems at all. I would recommend these to anyone.

5 out of 5 eggsNice RAM

Pros: 4-4-3-5. For this price, need I say more?

Cons: Burned out first pair 1 month after purchase running at stock timing. Not sure if it was user error or product malfuntion. Can't run it at T1.

Other Thoughts: Make sure to check you're BIOS first thing, they like to slow down when you first install them. Mine dropped to 5-5-5-15. Just manually bump it back up to it's proper timing. Be carefull though, if you're MoBo can't take a T1 time, you will need to manually reset the MoBo (Just remove the watch battery from the board and leave it sit unplugged for 30 mins.)

5 out of 5 eggsBetter than D9

Pros: Very nice RAM for performance and value. At stock voltage of 2.1V, this RAM runs stable timings 4-4-3-5 up to 875mhz, 4-4-4-12 up to 950mhz, and 5-5-5-15 up to 1050mhz. Plenty of bandwidth, low latency, great scores in Sandra and SuperPi.

Cons: Runs hot to the touch at 2.1V if you have bad case airflow and no active RAM cooling. With a low-RPM side intake fan, this RAM is just lukewarm. High temps are to be expected of any RAM at this high frequency and voltage. Unfortunately this can’t get close to 1200mhz like some high-bin D9 chips out there.

Other Thoughts: No reason to shell out the big bucks for PC8500 when this G.Skill memory can do up to 525FSB without a hitch. Sure, this mid-price ProMos RAM can’t achieve the most massive overclocks, but then again D9 has a nasty habit of burning out after a few months on just 2.2V, whereas these chips have excellent reliability and impressive latency. Unless you need super-high FSB or you are trying to break a world record, the huge price premium of 1066-rated memory or Micron D9 RAM isn’t worth it. Plus, this RAM can perform at out of the box at stock volts on par with 1066mhz rated memory.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome RAM

Pros: This memory is fast, has awesome timings 4-4-3-5, and the price is pretty good too.

Cons: I ran into a little trouble when I was putting 4 of these 1gb sticks in my computer, it wouldn't boot, constant bluescreens, the problem was not with the ram, but with my motherboard.

Other Thoughts: I have an ASUS P5N32-E SLI Plus and the only way I was able to get the computer running stable was to turn the memory clock from 800 -> 854, turn the fsb up a little bit (couple mhz), and turn the northbridge voltage down to 1.30 - 1.35v and now it's running like a champ.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Ram!

Pros: I ordered two sets of this ram, along with an ASUS P5N32-E SLI Mobo and they work great together with no conflicts at all.

Cons: One of the two sets that I ordered had a stick that tested out with 1 error in memtest86. I sent it rma and was sent a replacement that tested with no errors. Great newegg customer service as always!

Other Thoughts: This ram is a great value for the price, and I highly recommend it! These run a bit warm to the touch but that is expected of ram that has tight timings and is running at 800.
