Is it compatible with motherboard ASUS P5KC?

From the website no. But they don't always update the documentation as they release bios updates.   In the past I built an Asus pc that claimed to only support 8 gb of ram and I was able to get 16 out of it after updating the board.   Generally if it's not compatible or will just down clock the ram,  or worse just beep when you turn it on.

Question 2

I plan to upgrade my computer from 3 Gb to 8 Gb. Does this ram work well without any issues and will it work to put 4 sticks of these in my computer?

Yes, the ram does work well without issues in the board I used it on. Your other question is a little difficult to answer without knowing more about your computer. Although, difficult I will try to guide you in the proper direction. First yes you could put four of these in your computer to get 8 GB, if you have the necessary four ram slots, but if you have a board that has the capability to run dual channel I would go with a different kit that is guaranteed to run in dual channel mode. Uou will also need to have a 64 bit operating system there will be no difference if it is a 32 bit os because 32 bit operating systems can only see 4GB of ram total that includes the ram on your graphics card. Question 3

I plan to pair this up with an existing 2 GB stick on an old Dell Optiplex 755 in hopes of rendering 4 GB RAM total. The Dell has four slots, the existing single 2 GB stick is a Samsung 2GB 2RX8PC2 6400U-666-12-E3 non ECC. Think it will work, or should I start fresh?

It'll work, just keep in mind that because the speed of the memory that you have in your computer already is 666MHz all of your memory will remain at 666MHz even though this stick of ram is designed to run at 800MHz. This will not damage your system, or this stick of ram, you just won't get the full potential out of this ram.

Is this chip compatible with the following motherboard

Yes it is, the mother board you listed uses DDR2 ram and thats what these are. I used these in my Father-In-Laws computer and he saw instant results from his previous 512 of ram. good buy and good value.

Question 5

Will this work with Dell Vostro 220S Slim desktop?

It should. However, I don't know if the vostro came with memory slower than pc2-6400, so if you are adding this to an existing ram chip, make sure the speeds match on both. Otherwise should be fine.  In my experiences with vostros they can be a bit finicky with random things (I remember a hard drive controller problem on a few of them) but I haven't had issues with ram upgrades.

Compatible with G Skull Model F2-6400-CL5D-4GBNT?

I used two of the 2GBNT G.Skill modules and had no recognition problems. Unfortunately the lower latency isn't a benefit as the 2 that come with it are CAS 6 latency.

Is it compatible with DG41RQ Intel's motherboard?

According to Intel's website your motherboard can support 
Two 240-pin DDR2 SDRAM Dual Inline Memory Module (DIMM) sockets 
• Support for DDR2 667 MHz or DDR2 800 MHz DIMMs 
• Support for up to 8 GB of system memory

Question 8

Will this work on a compaq precarious desktop cq5600y?  I tried using 2gb PNY and this memory would not work.  I have one slot with 2gb and the other one is open.

I do not know for sure, although it should from the specs of your computer (HP Presario cq5600y). I used it with my Intel Core 2 Quad/Intel G41/A&V&GbE/MATX Motherboard, Bulk BLKDG41RQ and it worked just fine.
