G.SKILL 8GB (2 x 4GB) 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1066 (PC3 8500) Laptop Memory Model F3-8500CL7D-8GBSQ

Pros: bought this for my buddy who needed more ram. Put it in him macbook pro and it recognized all 8gb, however, it recognized them as DDR3-1333 instead of DDR3-1066; even though the packaging says DDR3-1066

Cons: After about a week, it stopped recognizing one of the DIMMs. I don't think this RAM problem, but a problem with his motherboard.

Other Thoughts: G.Skill always produces high quality memory.

Pros: great memory speed
stands behind there product

Cons: bought two sets,
one set was faulty
second set sent out at 0 cost,
free return on defective set.
second set received has blue boards. higher rating then green board not to sure why, but i am ok with that they work.

Pros: -Works fine in my laptop, no errors.
-Cheap.

Cons: -box it was shipped in was smashed but ram was fine. had bubble wrap around it.

Pros: The module that worked, worked well

Cons: One of the modules was defective and failed Memtest86+ in less than 30 seconds

Other Thoughts: Always test your RAM as soon as you can after receiving it. Returning for refund as Newegg does not cross-ship replacements.

Pros: It arrived fast.

Cons: Every time my computer was started it took like 20 seconds when I had only 2gb it took 9 seconds max.

If you continue to have a problem, test each individually to determine whether one may be bad causing problems. If so, send it in for RMA exchange and a new one should work flawlessly. Start up boot times should not take longer, even though theoretically a greater capacity should take longer to initialize. Pros: Been using these in various MacBook Pro's for the past few years and have yet to come across a bad batch out of the 10+ I have bought (knock on wood). Just good, reliable, cheap RAM.

Cons: None

Pros: I've been using it for over 2 years now and it has 0 problems.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: Installed it in my Lenovo X201 in April of 2011 and have had zero issues since then.

Pros: Cheap, works fantastically. Never had an issue

Cons: None

Pros: The RAM Memory is very fast, high performance, and upgrade 2.2 point (from DDR3 2GB Kingston RAM Memory) in Windows 7 Rate System. I'm very Happy with this product. Recommended. The price is great !!

Cons: The sealed package is cheap, and maybe this not provide a safe shipping

Pros: Works well in iMac

Cons: Not sure what you will get.

Other Thoughts: I ordered 4x 4 gb 1066 so dimm for my late 2009 iMac and only 2 of the 4 worked. I tried moving to different slots and would only read 2. One would corrupt the software and the other will not read at all. I am sending back to see if the next two they send will work.
