5 out of 5 eggssuper memory

Pros: for those that care, as you read my other post it works on other boards that support xmp 2400, it give windows score of 7.9 with either 8 or 16 gig...

Cons: fricken expensive and only people with a condition in the head buy stuff like this/smiles

Other Thoughts: works flawless at both memory profiles provided on xmp on the z board so you can choose either 2160? at 8-10-10 31 or 2400 at 9-11-11-31 and it's faster at 2160 but more volume at 2400. runs cool w/o the fans and I am too lazy to install but my case has great airflow I was able to get it to 2000mhz 7 timings with volts at 1.66 but do not recomend it/unless you have that condition.
mb msi x79a ud45
cpu i7-3930k at 4.8
cooling h100
this memory
ps 1000w
ssd's blah blah 27" monitor
case cosmos-s /all for what? Games lol, like I said it's an old adiction from the late 80's

5 out of 5 eggsEverything I expected and more

Pros: speed, timings. I bought this for a build I have coming (sandy-e)3970k..but while waiting I decided to throw it in this rig i7-875k as it's mb supports 2400 mem so I will post update on new pc when built. I used 2 sticks/8 gigs for this and set xmp,to the 2400 reset multiplyers entered at specs and 4,2ghz on cpu at vtt volts set for 4.1ghz and to my amazement it booted, ran p95 ofr 30-40 min, and somehow and perfect, for some reason my temps didn't even go up even though this runs more volts at ram.

Cons: I just can't resist playing with high end stuff so have memory all over and friends get all my stuff ( they love me)just sitting there/grrr I love testing versus tests you see on net.

Other Thoughts: I almost went with another brand but waited it out for this (Thanks newegg) they said not sure if would get it in but gee that day I was able to order. . The question you must ask is. Is $349.00 worth it? I say only if it's fun money. I will post how all I can tweak this on new board as I think I can get this to around 2100 with 7 timings? we shall see I know I can do 2180 on this at 8 timings as I checked that also but had best perf at xmp 2400

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Memory

Pros: Very fast. Stable. Looks great and comes with a great set of fans.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: Very fast and reliable memory. Programs run very fast and are very responsive with this memory. The only thing that I can think of is that the fans really need their own power rail. I tried to get these thing to run on the same molex rail that a Corsair H100 and 3 other fans were on. The leds came on but the fan did not move without tapping them with my finger first. I added another molex power cable to my PSU and hooked the fans up to that and they run great now.
