I have a motherboard that has two more open slots for 8GB 2X4GB and in the two filled slots I have  Patriot G Series ‘Sector 5’ Edition 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 S D RAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory,... MY Question is can I install the Patriot G Series ‘Sector 5’ Edition 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 S D RAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory without any problems and will they work well together?

The short answer: Maybe at best, but I wouldn't recommend it. Unless you are experienced with overclocking and tweaking your RAM. I assume that since you are in here asking though, you aren't. The loooooooooooooong answer: It's never "recommended" to mix RAM sticks,that being said, I mix RAM all the time. There is never a 100% guarantee that it will work correctly tho. Most important factors: Motherboard Compatability Cas Latency Timing Voltage Capacity and speed (the 2 factors you were asking about) are actually least important, your mobo will usually by default run all of it at the speed/capacity slowest/smallest stick. Its assumed you would at the very least be using matched pairs per channel. I have also been told the chip configuration on the sticks should match, but that's pretty difficult to make out when they come with heat spreaders on them that cover everything and void the warranty if removed. It is extremely important that Cas Latency, Timing, and Voltage match. I've read that you can do some overclocking on your bios to tweak them, but that really just sounds like a recipe for disaster if you are already mixing sticks of ram. If your current memory matches the exact model number of this RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820220466 Then capacity (2x4GB), speed (DDR3-1333/PC3-10666), cas latency (9), and timing (9-9-9-24) all match. The voltage does not ... The one here is using 1.5v, the other one is using 1.65v. Like I said before voltage is important, and they don't match. If it were me, I wouldn't mix these sticks of RAM. but maybe some of that info can help you when considering different set.

Is this ram low density or high density?

It's difficult to get a visual chip count with the heat spreader, and documentation doesn't contain that information from what I can find. That said, high/low density is terminology seldom used today, which is why it's difficult to identify. Low/High density plays less a factor in DDR3+ memory modules whereas chip quality and throughput play a greater role. Unless you absolutely need to know density because you're looking for certain chips to pry off and use for a science project, Look for the highest frequency with the lowest latency at a price point you find acceptable and you'll be in right place.

I have the same motherboard and this memory works great in it. Its not as fast as higher priced memory but it takes everything I can dish out.

Can this be used in the place of the G.SKILL Ares Series 8GB (2 X 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 DRAM DDR3 1600 (PC312800) that is SOLD OUT?

If you are asking to add them to a set of the G.SKILL 1600 you may already have, I would wait or look on Amazon to match them.
If that is not the case, then these are good.
it is not always the best idea to mix and match.

Will this memory also work in a Socket 775 MOBO?

Yes, it works fine on my 775 MB.  (GIGABYTE GA-G41MT-S2PT LGA 775 Intel G41 + ICH7 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard)  It has worked perfectly going onto 2 years now.

According to the motherboard specs listed at http://m.newegg.com/Product/Details?itemnumber=N82E16813128536 the board supports 240pin DDR3 1333 ... which is what this is. So that would be a yes...

I didn't find for this specific model but I'm going to assume Ares models of the time are the same.
