Pros: 32gb of 2133 mhz ram is great. VM's don't need to be shutdown anymore to do video or photo editing plus a nice ramdisk for adobe scratch. Went in a ASRock Extreme4 1155 board with a 3770k and booted immediately with the XMP settings. Very nice.

Cons: The only real con is that after 5 days of using this ram one stick died. And now that I have to send the ram back and wait for the RMA to play out I am down a desktop computer. ::sadface::
