Is this RAM kit supported by the ASUS Rampage 5 Extreme?

It's unclear at this time - Asus list of supported memory for this board does not include any 128GB kits, and the motherboard specifications listed on the site still show only 64GB compatibility. However, a recent BIOS update (Bios rev. 1502) for this motherboard lists 16GB chip compatibility as the reason for the update. Since other G.Skill DDR4 2400 RAM is supported by this board, and it now supports 16GB chips with the latest update, it is likely that this particular kit will work in that motherboard. You would need to update your motherboard BIOS prior to installing this RAM, however. For more information, you should contact Asus directly (you can find a link to their support on their website).

Will it work in Asrock X99 Extreme4 MB?

Yes, if your motherboard supports 128GB, you can get up to 128GB now with most Haswell-e processors (including the i7-5960x).

The Asrock X99 Extreme4 only has 1 officially supported 16GB memory sticks listed, however it does support 128GB (and 8x16GB sticks), and it does support other G.Skill 2400 RAM, so it's highly likely it will support this kit. You may want to make sure you flash the latest BIOS before trying to use this RAM on it, however, as the most recent BIOS updates have been specifically to improve memory compatibility.
