Pros: Packaged well, all memory sticks worked the first time I put them on the motherboard. Windows 7 recognized all 16G of RAM. Will order Corsair memory again.

Pros: I tried to install ram couldn't get pass my MB loading screen. Did a usb boot of memtest86 and every stick froze. Very disappointed that i spent 130 dollars and got nothing out of it.

Pros: Matched kit so you know the chips will all work together.

Great brand name. Corsair = quality.

Heat spreaders look cool, though I doubt that 1333 memory really needs them...

Makes my machine into multi-tasking beast that I cannot slow down!

I guess I could complain that it is "only" 1333 speed, but that is the fastest my machine will take anyway...

Besides, when it comes to RAM, having "too much" that is a little slower is so much faster than having "not enough," regardless of the chip speed.

The real goal is to get enough RAM in your box so that Windows doesn't hit that swap file! For me, 16 GB is enough RAM.

Other Thoughts: I took out my old 6Gbs of ram, install the new 16 and computer wouldn't boot. went through each one and all but 1 kept restarting my computer. very disappointed!!! install my old ram and computer boots up fine.

Pros: These may be very great sticks of memory I am just warning anyone because I was looking for a quad kit and I've noticed Newegg can be a bit misleading. If you go to Corsair site you'll see. I only gave one egg so to attract attention to newegg staff hopefully so they start taking better care in how they advertise these kits on here. These are fine for use on a dual channel mobo like z68,z77 but not truly intended for x79 for example.

I think we could all use a little better product description for mem modules...hire someone who understands. People want to buy the right thing the first time. Not everyone is a evil mastermind of computer building and they needs more help.

Cons: unknown I don't actually own these just trying to help so disreguard the one egg if you know what your shopping for and actually plan to put these on a dual channel mobo.

Other Thoughts: I would do a great ammount of research before buying any computer componet in the end only you will be setting around dealing with it later wishing you'd got the right stuff as so many probably do self evident from bad reviews for perfectly good products if anyone actually reads these.

Pros: Upgraded my legacy computer to 16GB and upgraded to Win 8 at the same time. This RAM is me working with several VMs and music, 2 screens, multiple webpages, and excel and word. Very nice so far

Cons: some flickering when going from Desktop to Metro in Windows 8, but it's a legacy computer, so far that is the only concern. Only will dock one egg.
