5 out of 5 eggsGood for OCing

Pros: Took my massive overclock like a champ, never caused stability or heat issues. Overclocked a 3930k from 3.2ghz to 5 ghz stable (on water) and the ram didn't skip a beat in 1.5 years of heavy use.

Cons: no true full size heat spreader, but this is lo-pro, so it really doesn't matter.

5 out of 5 eggsCorsair is good quality memory

Pros: Good quality, low CAS settings

Cons: I could not get these memory modules to work in an Alienware Aurora R3 at 1600Mhz. I tried every know bios trick but the best it would do is 1333Mhz. The memory is not the issue. I have researched the R3 and it is rated for 8/16Gig at 1333/1666Mhz or 8Gig at 1800Mhz. I believe it to be an issue with the motherboard.

5 out of 5 eggsMake sure your motherboard supports it

Pros: Once I changed my mobo to one that supported the 125w power requirements, it runs fine! With it oc'ed to 3.77, paired with a gtx 550 ti, I can play crysis 3 on full medium settings, high textures at 50 fps 1080p average.

Cons: Playing said game increases the temp (w hyper 212+, 2 fans) to 57c, and cpu usage is 70-100 percent all the time. Compared to my laptops i73632qm, pegging at a mere 40% usage. It works, but it is getting to its end of life with that obvious bottleneck.

Other Thoughts: Great bang for your buck, probably will be for another year or so, but it is starting to show its age with modern games... But at that price?? Buy it now.

5 out of 5 eggssolid, reliable performance

Pros: Low-profile design perfect for situations where the CPU heatsink overlaps the memory slots. Solid, reliable performance.

Cons: Fancy packaging, but not useful instructions on how to set the timings/etc. No big deal. That's what the Internet's for I guess.

Other Thoughts: I run these at STOCK 9-9-9-24 2T 1333 MHz. on my older Asus M4A79T motherboard and the performance is still really good. (My mobo is spec'd for 1600 but it's not stable at that.) Holding onto these for my next high-end board.

5 out of 5 eggsAMAZING

Pros: It truly is the fastest single GPU in the world!

Cons: Price, I would've liked to see it at $750/800

Other Thoughts: Buy one now!

5 out of 5 eggsFast and Faster

Pros: Update to earlier review.

Going from 1866 to 2133 decreased my SuperPi 32m time from ~7:26 to ~6:54 with no other changes.

After some investigating I am now almost certain that this is a set of Dominators without the Dominator name/heatspreaders (and price).

Cons: Gotta pay to play.

Other Thoughts: So far this RAM is stable for me at these two settings.
8-9-9-24@1866, 1.55volts
9-10-10-28@2133Mhz, 1.61volts

I honestly didn't think this RAM was going to run at this speed but once I set it and it booted Windows I knew it was going to work. Took a couple of minor voltage adjustments to get it stable but nothing I would consider "extraordinary" by any means. Very pleased with how this kit has held up and performed. I was very close to buying faster RAM but instead went for an even faster overclock and it has paid off.

I run this RAM on a Asus P8P67 WS Revolution motherboard with a 5Ghz 2600K. This CPU/motherboard combo has been benched at 5.3+Ghz and has booted Windows at 5.5Ghz.

5 out of 5 eggsfast and stable

Pros: Fast
Stable
Overclockable
Doesn't look cheesy

Cons: If you fancy "gamer style" heatspreaders I guess the plain looks of these might put you off.

Other Thoughts: 8-9-9-24-2 1866Mhz @ 1.55v with a 2600K. Could probably lower the voltage but they run good now and an extra .05 volts isn't going to kill anything.

Memory speed might not matter day to day but if you want some good dual purpose daily grind/nightly benchmarking memory take a look right here.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks great, very fast

Pros: Good timings, fast speed, stable, looks pretty cool, runs at advertised speed, recognized right away by my Mobo.

Cons: none that I can think of

Other Thoughts: Got this kit for my new Ivy Bridge Z77 build and have been very happy with it so far after 4 or 5 months of use. Set the XMP profile in my BIOS, it set itself to 1600 and have had no issues with it so far. Haven't tried OC'ing yet.

4 out of 5 eggsLow Latency, Low Profile

Pros: Low Latency, Low Profile, Good Speed, Low Voltage

I use an AMD 990FX chipset with 2x 4GB of these sticks.

They won't come clocked out of the gate, you must input these timings in the BIOS.

I have not attempted to overclock these particular chips, but at stock settings I'm seeing around 14GBps dual channel, with ~45Ns latency

Heatsinks are quite durable looking

Cons: Expensive, Not Speedy Enough?

Other Thoughts: I would suggest leaving dual channel alone. Let interleaving and unganged stay as they are for AMD. Performance is exceptional at CL7 PC12800
