Corsair built its reputation on performance memory that shines in the most demanding computing situations: extreme gaming and high-transaction processing environments. But not all computers are put to such extreme usage. So we brought the same reliability, testing and Corsair quality to a line of memory designed to support standard computing situations such as popular office applications. Now it's one of our most popular memory lines. Backed with a lifetime warranty, it is memory you can rely on.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: It's solid memory that performs as desired. It's great in such a large quantity.

Cons: It's not the fastest memory ever, but you get what you pay for.

Other Thoughts: I've had no issues at all with it.

5 out of 5 eggsGood Memory

Pros: This memory has functioned properly for over 3months with near constant use

Cons: They didn't give me two more sticks for this impending good review

Other Thoughts: only 1333 ram, but thats all the mobo i bought could handle and is all i have needed thus far, great price.

4 out of 5 eggsGood memory

Pros: I did upgrad to a 16gb 32g. The first one I received came defective. Fired a rejection beep motherboard; contacted the RMA and refunded me the value and made new purchase. This time it worked fine. Optimal performance for my Software Photos and Videos.

Cons: not realized

Other Thoughts: I7 3.5Ghz 32gb HD 3tb Geforce 2gb NVIDIA, Win 8Pro etc...

2 out of 5 eggs50% Dead On Arrival

Pros: Price was good if both DIMMS worked (which they didn't)

Cons: 1 of 2 DIMMS was DOA. Return shipping for RMA is $11, which you must prepay. Personally, I think it is pretty unacce3ptable to get a failed DIMM delivered and have to pay return postage.

Other Thoughts: Looks like another reviewer had similar experience. Maybe Corsair's quality control has gone down the drain.

5 out of 5 eggsWorked Fine

Pros: Low cost and worked great. Corsair offers good RMA/repair service you can trust.

Cons: The memory chips are covered in plastic label that may limit cooling.

Other Thoughts: Be sure to enable the memory remap feature in motherboard's BIOS or you will only see 3GB. I ran the frequency up over 1450MHz and worked at stock settings. I then tried 1600MHz but did not boot. I imagine if I played with the timings or voltage I could have made it work but stock frequency is fine.

5 out of 5 eggsperfect RAM

Pros: price, size

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: I bought 32 GB, recognized by gigabyte mobo without problems. I did not try any overclocking as it is a waste of time, I needed stability for my ESXi.

5 out of 5 eggsFirst set was DOA

Pros: Can Hardly use over 25% of the available RAM
Access speeds are Great
No need for a Hard Drive assisted Paging File (or SWAP Space for you UNIX Junkies)

Cons: First set I got was DOA, I continually got application crashes and a few BSOD's
Ran MEMTEST32+ and found error's at Test 5 (Block Moves) For some reason it was down counting 00200000 Bits.
Had to RMA, which was at the last minute of my return deadline but Newegg shipped it back at their expense and gave me next day replacement, (although the return was ground so I had to wait a week to get the system back online.)

Replacement is working great, MEMTEST32+ Passed where the old set was failing. Have had no problems with the new set.

Even though a got a DOA set, not all can be perfect and I was able to diagnose the problem and get a replacement, so I'm not going to dock any eggs for it.

5 out of 5 eggsGood Egg Memory

Pros: this is great for budget builds like mine. I added it to my 4GB Corsair value select and now I have 20GB from newegg.

Cons: cant think of any other than thought it was DOA but wasn't. just had to get it in the proper slots.

Other Thoughts: needs better packaging. Paper should have a tare as well.

5 out of 5 eggsCorsair Makes Solid Memory

Pros: Corsair Branded
Inexpensive
Solid performance

Cons: No heat spreaders

Other Thoughts: Those heat spreaders are cool looking, but not really needed.
I am running 64GB of this in a mini hypervisor server that I built. It works great.
The quad channel socket 2011 system has tons of memory bandwidth, and make the system a dream. The cost of this memory made this system possible.
