I have 2 sticks of the CMD16GX3M2A1866C9. Would there be any issues with 2 sticks of these CMD16GX3M2A1866C10 running in the other 2 slots?

Yes, with the following things to keep in mind: 1) Check your motherboard's manual to see which dimm slots belong to which channel.  They are usually color coded i.e. gray/black/gray/black etc. I would recommend putting one pair in one channel and the second in the other-- don't mix the two sets in the same channel.  2) The two pairs you listed are the same voltage, just different timings.  To ensure best stability, manually set your memory timing in BIOS to the highest, or loosest, of the two sets.  In your case, that's 10-11-10-30 Cas 10.  Search the web for additional information about setting RAM timings in BIOS if you are unfamiliar with the process.  Nothing to it, but can be a little confusing if you've never done it before.
