Do these come with the lightbars installed, or do I have to buy them seperately?

Yes they come with lightbars installed, or you can buy the optional lightbars, which are a little different and comes with blue(and white) colored inserts. These only come in white standard, but they look good.

Asus does not list this memory on the qualified vendor list, but has anyone got this to work with the RIV Black Edition? I like the look of these more than the gskill kit that is listed as compatible.

I have it working with the riv black edition. It defaults to 1333, I don't remember exactly what I did, but there was some auto profiling tweak on the bios screen that got it running all 64 gb at 2133. Hope that helps!
