Pros: It works great, and very fast.

Cons: None thus far

Pros: The RAM sticks look sleek. Their heat sink shroud allows you to hold them without worrying about static discharge. They can even stand on their heads while waiting to be installed. I performed a single test with Memtest86. It ran the test across all GBs with no errors. It took about an hour. I did this test 2 months after having them installed. It probably should be the first thing you do to make sure your RAM is defect free. I just had to set the XMP profile in the UEFI and away they went at their proposed speed. I have a 3570k CPU to support the native 1600MHz RAM speed. I was half thinking I wouldn't have had to set the XMP profile myself.

Cons: These have zero cons. I knew that these sticks were tall and could interfere with aftermarket heat sinks' fans. I needed to adjust the fan cage on my HSF. No biggie.

Other Thoughts: I clipped the bottom piece of the fan cage on my AC Freezer Pro 7 ver. 1 and flipped the rubber stems attaching the fan to the cage. This left just enough space between the 2nd closest slot to the CPU. I have an ASRock Extreme 4 socket 1155 motherboard. My HSF only worked with 775 boards being version 1, but the motherboard allowed the installation of 775 cooler mount. They would be slightly crooked though. I am now using a Hyper 212 EVO cooler. If I were populate all DIMM slots, there would be some pressure put into the closest module to the CPU. It might even be blocking the slot preventing this height of RAM altogether. That's okay, 16GB is sufficient for me, heck even 8GB would've been. Here is some information that I would've been interested to know from Corsair before my purchase. This is some info pulled from Hwinfo32: Number of Banks 8, Module Density 4096 Mb, Number of Ranks 2. Ranks x Module Density = 8GB is how its derived I guess for each stick. You don't hear too much about ranks. This isn't to be confused with channels. They also rate a 7.8 on the oh so very all important WEI -___-. I'm using Windows 7 Pro.

Pros: DOA so None !

Cons: Had to call Asrock for tech support to help with ram non boot issue (which btw Asrock Rocks!! great tech support) and they confimed that 1 stick was good but the other sitick was bad. So corsair gets a score of 50 and needs to do quality control before shipping out.

Other Thoughts: Should have gone with orginal Gskill which works now and not be cheap and save 20 bucks. Will be sending back today and staying with the GSkill ripjaws!

Pros: Very high efficiency, fast, stays ice cold comparatively to Vengeance series.

Cons: The first set was DOA. After returning and getting a new set, it works fine. This set can be a bit finicky to first get going.

Other Thoughts: It's helpful to have a board that has a MemOK! button on the board. I had an issue with this set in a Sabertooth 990FX board, but once booting from MemOK feature, the RAM worked fine once I got the timings set correctly. If you want the advertised timings, you likely will have to manually set them. Other than that, good Corsair quality. This was the first time I've ever had a DOA Corsair part. I exclusively use Corsair RAM, so I'm not too concerned about the DOA.

Pros: The memory works great. I have been pleased so far.
