Will the RAM work for a ThinkPad T440?

Brian, I'm sorry, but this RAM will not work in a Thinkpad T440.  This RAM is for  a desktop computer, not a laptop, like the Thinkpad.  Your Thinkpad takes DDR3 SDRAM (PC3-12800).  The SoDimm module is a 204 pin rack.  The Kingston Desktop SoDimm is a 240 pin rack.  The two are not compatible. Look for laptop RAM with the specs I  listed and you will find something that will work.

Will this work with Asrock H97M Anniversary Micro ATX motherboard? The RAM I bought before this was not compatible and it was a nightmare trying to find compatible memory.

Yes the Kingston memory KVR1333D3N9H/8G will work in the Asrock H97M Anniversary motherboard. It is on the list of tested memory on the motherboard manufacturer's website. While the list is not every kind of memory that will fit it is a list of all the tested memory for that motherboard.

no, this is "DESKTOP" ram, not laptop.. you need to find laptop specific, and match the voltage.

use something like cruical's online memory tool on their homepage if you don't know what type to look for.
