5 out of 5 eggsWork great.

Pros: Easy to use and configure. They're working great and I can't complain with the performance. As long as they're reliable in the future I can't argue with their value. Small heatspreaders so they don't get in the way.

Cons: N/A.

1 out of 5 eggsAwful

Pros: None

Cons: Everything

Other Thoughts: This RAM worked great for about a month. Then, all of the sudden 800+ errors on each stick, confirmed with UBCD. Had random blue screens and shutdowns for a month. Thought maybe it was the HDD ad it turns out these sticks were faulty. Both of them. I recommend staying away from Team Group and paying the little extra to get G.Skill or PNY, Patriot or Corsair.

4 out of 5 eggsGood Rams- Look Great the Plus Version!

Pros: Put in the Mobo- ThinkCenter Lenovo M58 firs time It beeps. then put in another overclocked Mobo of other ThinkCenter. Now they works at >1600 MHz. and old desktop now has 16 Gig Max Rams for multiple Apps run at the same time. No Problem. Dual channel Rams must be installed in a pair - matched if not It can run but single channel is SLOW!

Cons: Nothing. it works for me at the price discount sent from NewEgg promotion.

Other Thoughts: Great looking heat sinks compare to the nonPlus model. seem like gold plated Rams to me. No heat feel out of the running RAMs. Lifetime Factory Warranty is good. Let's see how long these set of Rams last in my next reviews.

3 out of 5 eggsFast but dont tolerate heat well

Pros: Bought 3 sets.
Ran fast and great for 1 week
1 stick failed after 2 weeks
Another stick is possibly failing now

Cons: I am running these in my home server platform. It may be the heat they don't like ( 65° CPU ) but I'm almost at a 33% failure rate in 4 weeks

Other Thoughts: Price is good for what i got.. I'm sure I'll get rma from newegg and hopefully a more reliable set. So ill give it 3 eggs

5 out of 5 eggsGood Memory

Pros: Fast
No issues with Windows

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: The Team Elite Plus memory is a good value for the price paid. I purchased it for my mother's replacement board/CPU since her 3 year old Del CPU/mobo bit the dust. Seeing as we went from DDR2 to DDR3, we had to purchase new memory and this was the first choice. Windows recognized it without issue and it performs well for her needs.

2 out of 5 eggsNot For Me

Pros: Looks cool with the contrasting colors on the heat spreader.

Cons: Doesn't work with MSI FM2-A75MA-E35. I tried both sticks, one at a time, in each slot. Got a no POST, no video situation. Installed a known working Patriot Viper stick and it POSTed perfectly. When I installed the Patriot stick it did notice that RAM amounts had changed. Since I find it highly unlikely that both sticks were bad, I'm guessing a conflict between the BIOS and SPD were the cause of failure.

Other Thoughts: Since this system is for my 80 year old mother-in-law, and she lives 3.5 hours away, 100% PnP is an absolute must. The motherboard doesn't support any type of RAM voltage control, so upping voltage is not an option.

I guess I will have to find something else to go into this box. I just hope getting credit from Newegg isn't too big of a hassle.

4 out of 5 eggsGood budget choice

Pros: The RAM boots to a Std profile that matches its 1333MHz CL9 specification, and passed six hours of memtest86+ test. To exercise every storage bit for an ample duration, while generating excess heat stress, the no-error result is a good indicator of this RAM's stability. It now lives in a budget system and runs well at a backward compatible 1066MHz.

Cons: The PCB board is on the thinner side, a 2/3 of G.Skill's, could be a delicate piece for those with large hands.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks - No problems

Pros: It's memory. Not much else to say. I was a little worried since I've never heard of the name brand, but it posted and tested perfectly. VERY AFFORDABLE

Cons: None
