Is this Unbuffered Non-ECC dimms?

Yes, this is Unbuffed (=not registered) & non-ECC RAM, so called Home Desktop RAM.

If you are looking for cheap memory upgrade for your PC this will work. I also upgraded my PC from 4GB -> 8 GB using this package.

If you are looking for server upgrade, you need to find specific memory requirement which may require ECC module.

Question 2

I tried to install this memory in ASUS Motherboard M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3. And it does not work, can anyone help me on this issue? Or I have to use other memory for this motherboard.

l looked at your motherboards specs you may need to play with the memory and CPU clock speeds To get it to work right.

Also you may have just gotten bad modules it happens a lot since these are ship all over the place who knows what might have happened

Yes you can mix the 2gb and 4gb however that machine only supports 6gb of ram I guess you all ready knew that.  Since there are 4 ram slots why not use 3 2gb sticks

Will this memory work in a Biostar N68S3+ motherboard  ?

If you go on Newegg and search for the motherboard your asking about you are able to look at the specs. In the memory standard category it lists DDR3 800/1066/1333. This RAM will work in the Biostar N68S3+ motherboard because it is DDR3 1333, but the motherboard maxes out at 8 gigs RAM so don't go any higher than 8 or it won't read your RAM.

Can you use this on a DRAM motherboard?

You need to check your motherboard specs for what kind of memory it will take and the max capacity it can handle.  For example, these are DDR3 Dram modules and your motherboard might be DDR2 so they will not fit in the slots.  Also, if your MB can only max out at 4GB, then these obviously won't work because total memory is 8GB.  You also need to be aware of any memory slot parings if the MB requires it. I purchased this dual channel memory,TPD38G1333C9DC01.  After purchasing I went to the Manufacturer's web site link on newegg and the site does not show any memory listed under the part number given by newegg.  I wanted more information on the warranty and specs.  What is the deal?
