Logitech MK320 Black USB RF Wireless Standard Desktop

Pros: Item works as described 100%. I guess mine was an easy fix...

Cons: None so far.

Pros: The mouse worked fine. Great customer support, called them with my problem and they issued me a credit and a shipping label for the return.

Cons: The keyboard was defective and definitely appeared used. Would not function properly.

Other Thoughts: I have bought many items from Newegg over the past decade and this is the first item that needed to be returned. I have other Logitech products that have worked reliably for many years.

Pros: I decided to test one of my 5 units out and the keyboard didn't work at all. Decided to send them all back. Support was awesome. They are refunding the units and are sending a return shipping label.
Thank you Newegg, you get 5 eggs. Unfortunately this product still gets one.

Pros: Was what I ordered

Cons: Boxes were beat up and looked like they were pulled from the trash. All of the keyboards were obviously used and not even wiped off. One keyboard looks like a toddler used it for his lunch plate and is going straight to the trash.

Other Thoughts: There is a difference between refurbished and used. These are definitely USED. Had I known that these were going to be in poor condition I would have spent the extra money to buy new ones in the first place. As the IT admin of a company I'm embarrassed to even pass these out for use in our office; I'll probably buy new ones elsewhere. I purchase most of my equipment from Newegg; I believe this is the first refurb purchased here and definitely my last.

Pros: It was cheap, also shipped fast.

Cons: It didn't work. The mouse doesn't work at all. Also, the keyboard has multiple buttons that do not work. The box they shipped it in seems like something they have used many times.

Other Thoughts: It was a huge let down, and I don't know if i should even bother trying to return it because of the return process.

Pros: Works on all surfaces, over a long distance, handy for hooking laptops up to flatscreen TV's w/o wires, Would rather have kids pound this keyboard than my laptop when game playing.

Cons: No cap lock light - wireless usb plug sticks out far easily hit

Pros: Works well, mouse works on any surface, great value for $19.95 such that I have four of them.

Cons: There is no keyboard light to let you know that your CAP LOCK is on (most combos do not have them). Sometimes its annoying when you try to type in a password and its rejected.

Other Thoughts: I build PC's for the family and friends and use this wireless keyboard and mouse. I think it works great. The mouse works on just about any surface where many do not like glossy surfaces.

Pros: I bought 2. One worked. The 2nd one just needed to be reconnected. So I followed the directions on the bottom of the keyboard and now they both work great!

Cons: The mouse is WAY to small. I felt a cramp in my hand after using it for a short period of time.

Other Thoughts: Why do they make such small mouses? Other than the size of the mouse this was a great buy.

Pros: received on time

Cons: I should have known better... the keyboard was DOA and the cost of sending it back isn't worth it... DON'T BUY THIS ONE

Pros: Works! Feels good to rest your fingers on, better then my old emachine one! on a scale from 1-10.... i give it a 7 for its functionability, sleek design light wieght, very durable.. batterie life last long time if you shut the mouse off after each use...

Cons: mouse is too small and lacks buttons, cheap if you ask me. the keyboard it self is great no compaints

Other Thoughts: buy a different mouse dont buy the combo. but if your on a budget this be the one to get its works fine for normall everyday use. gameing could not yet tested :(
