5 out of 5 eggsIts good, nuff said.

Pros: Great image quality, 1920 res, 144 HZ, Really great price to value ratio, slim form factor, fast response.

Cons: Stand is OK but a bit flimsy where it connects to the monitor, ports are on the back (I like them on the side), takes a bit longer to power up.

Other Thoughts: Honestly, the cons are negligible, the monitor is worth more than it costs. Just get it.

4 out of 5 eggswas skeptical

Pros: Nice priced monitor for that coveted 144hz. No issues, plug and play and keep on trucking. Helps to have SLI 970' s though. Was skeptical; I've had two Acer laptops that weren't the best, but they did the job, mostly.

Cons: not G-sync...but not paying for G-sync.

Other Thoughts: One egg off, because nothing is ever perfect. Would/will buy another when the mini me's prove they are worth it. haha

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Grabbing this monitor at $189 was a gift as far as I am concerned. After looking at several G-Sync and/or 4k monitors - I felt they were all over priced given the birth of G-Sync respectively. Going from a 60hz /1ms 23 inch Acer to this was eye opening. It's amazing how much smoother the game play is. Going from a First Person Shooter to this monitor is where the real difference is. That being said, all other games do look much better given how many more frames can be processed at 144hz. Please note I am now running a 980ti - a beast of a GPU.

If this monitor goes on sale again for around $200, you are not going G-Sync or 4k, and are fine with a 24 inch monitor - do yourself a favor and grab this immediately!

Cons: Now that I see the monitor is at $300, I cannot say for sure I would buy this at $300, but that is just me. I still give this monitor 5 stars.

5 out of 5 eggsAnother great Acer display

Pros: Fantastic response time and overall high quality display. Impressed by the vivid colors and general features on this monitor. Acer makes very good displays for the price, got this on sale for $190 and couldn't be happier with the performance.

Cons: As with other Acer monitors I've had in the past the stand is incredibly low quality. At the price point this monitor is offered at it should also support both tilt and swivel like it's Asus counterpart. The stand literally hooks onto the monitor via clip and a single screw, even when secured the monitor tends to move from side to side if something bumps against your table. Frankly this is the only con I can think of other than the odd power button and the strange orange color scheme on the stand.

Other Thoughts: A nice feature is that the monitor will automatically alert you if you try to set it to 144hz with a connector capable of 60hz. I had an older DVI I could have sworn was dual link that wasn't changed it to 144hz and an alert popped up telling me to switch to the provided dual link for 144hz, so a nice feature that saved me some time.

Other than that this monitor probably should have ditched a VGA output in favor or display port.

5 out of 5 eggsA Bang for the Buck

Pros: - 144 hz
- Comes with Dual Dvi-d cables
- LED
- Great contrast
- Improvement / Stable FPS

Cons: - Stand is lower than the one from my Samsung 24" LCD monitor, but I don't really care as I only game on the Acer.

Other Thoughts: This is an honest review from someone that took time to install the monitor appropriately. People claim it's a wobbly monitor. The fact is that it's pretty as wobbly as any monitor that you may have for that size, which I consider not wobbly at all. If you do not want "wobbly" glue it to the wall!

Also, consider the fact that to achieve the 144 hz, you must use the Dual Dvi-D connectors and I assume you checked that your GPU is Dual Dvi-D compatible as well. Otherwise, if you just want a simple 60 hz monitor, you can connect an HDMI or VGA cable (but that's a waste of the 144 hz imo). When connecting the Dual D-DVI connectors, make sure you change your display settings. I had to change it from 60 hz to 144.

Overall, although I tested it for less than a week, I really enjoy the monitor for the price I got (Shellshock deal at $244 CDN).

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent

Pros: Speaking strictly as a monitor, this is excellent. You get great contrast ratios, great response time, and great refresh rate for an affordable price. The screen is matte, which is what I prefer. I was skeptical at first on how big a different 144hz is compared to 60hz, but after getting this I can tell the difference easily. I prefer not going back to 60hz now.

Cons: You only get what you paid for - a great monitor. The stand is not adjustable by height, and only slightly for tilt. The buttons on the monitor were awkward to control, and the menu design left a lot to desire. No display port.

Other Thoughts: As a PC gamer, upgrading to this monitor felt like a game changing upgrade. Given the choice, I would not go back to 60hz

4 out of 5 eggsNice

Pros: 144hz, Nice screen works really nice, price

Cons: Has a Power brick that get's really hot, the angle take's some getting use to and the blue power button is really bright in a dark room so if you play games in a dark room you'll have a lot of blue also going on.

Other Thoughts: Not a bad monitor just could be better :)

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: This monitor is very nice, the screen is very quick with the fast refresh rate and it being a TN panel, the colors are pretty good bit not outstanding (to be expected with a TN panel), games look great on it and the 144hz is really noticeable compared to a 60hz monitor. The viewing angles on it are suprisingly good on it as well.

Cons: The stand is an interesting color but I've gotten used to it.
There is not much room for adjustments, just tilt for adjustment of viewing angles.
