Got mine about 15' away and on a regular wall with no screen and still looks fantastic!
Of course the darker the room the better the resolution appears.

I want to put a projector in my basement theater. It has a suspended ceiling just over 7' high. If I were to mount this about 10' back would I be able to get a 120" picture or is my ceiling too low ?

At the description it says that 100'' picture under 8ft. 
This is long throw one, if you would like you can also take a look at the short throw model. Which gives bigger screen from shorter distances

It does NOT have Bluetooth, you need to use a simple 3.5mm cable, which will give you better sound anyway, and costs very little.
