1 out of 5 eggsWorked just long enough to pass the 1 year warranty.

Pros: Don't know what this review matters since the item does not appear to be sold on newegg any more.
It had nice picture and the adjustments where nice for any mounting position. The 2 HDMI where nice to have so I didn't need a splitter/switch. The brightness was enough in the day once it warmed up and had brilliant color in a dark room.

Cons: Well It died yesterday, It is not the bulb as I am still getting the input indicator to show up in the corner. It finds the input resolution and displays it fine but shows a black screen. Of course it lasted just long enough to pass the 1 year warranty. 3/27/2014 to 4/20/2015

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome!

Pros: Purchased on Newegg Flash for $630.00

It is my first projector, and I will say that I am not disappointed in it after 4 months of regular use. Easily watchable during the day, but even better at night.

Cons: Not really sure if its the projector or my PS4, but when I watch blu-rays on it the movies look grainy, yet everything looks fine/great while playing normal games or even streaming.

Has anyone else had this issue?

I have even toggled between my PS3 and PS4 and notice that there is no quality drop on the PS3.

Seems like an issue with the PS4, or could be a bad "handshake" between the two.

Other Thoughts: This is worth buying, and from what I hear the HD141 is just as good if not better.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome value

Pros: The price was great and this projector delivers a great picture. So far (about six months of daily use) very reliable. The picture is excellent. Very very few noticeable artifacts.

Cons: A minor issue was that the projector indicated a blown bulb after a few hours of use. The company was quick to offer a free replacement under warranty, but it turned out that just reinstalling the bulb fixed the issue. Also, the mounting holes for ceiling mount seem really weak.

Other Thoughts: I have no regrets after six months of heavy use. This inexpensive projector is a great value.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesomeness

Pros: Had it for at least 5 months now. Sill running great!
Purchased at $730.00 By far the best purchase I have every made. The picture quality is out of this world even on larger surfaces. Its decently bright. Daytime viewing can be a little tough with darker movies as expected with any projector but still very watchable. Works great with my PS3. No game will ever be the same I promise.

Cons: -Manual focus. But even that is super easy to do.
-Kind of slow between source changes kinda flickers a few times then finally loads not too bad if you lock the input source.
- I had some issues with the red balance out of the box. Everything that was red looked extremely vibrant and digital like. I just turned down the color temperature with the red and now I don't even notice it.

Other Thoughts: Over all buy this thing if you want a great affordable movie/game projector with a replacement bulb under $200

5 out of 5 eggsFantastic projector.

Pros: Very crisp image. High resolution support. Very bright, even if in eco mode. Very quiet. Dual HDMI's so no need to swap cables between media devices. 3D support.

Cons: Unusual mounting requires optima brand mount, but I was able to get a third party generic mount to work with it by buying 3M bolts and some washers.

Other Thoughts: My first projector purchase, I am incredibly pleased.

5 out of 5 eggsFantastic in ALMOST every aspect

Pros: I recently purchased this projector and have researched many many many as most of you searching for the perfect projector will have done the same. Well, I can only say I am VERY satisfied with the price/performance/image quality/brightness/inputs/outputs/noise.. all of that was a factor for my theater room.

Mounted on ceiling with no hassle. Perfect picture. No keystone had to be used with flush ceiling mount. Projecting 14.5 ft from the wall with around 5ft'10 diagonal image.

Update the firmware immediately after unboxing. There is a new update and takes about 3 minutes to do. VERY simple. Plug in with USB cord, hold power button down until all lights are on, flash image, unplug and restart.

Just buy it. This thing for Price/Performance is just beautiful.

Cons: Wish it had an USB input and LAN for updating the firmware.
Wish there was an image freeze option on this remote, but alas there is not.

Other Thoughts: This takes M3*3 machine screws maximum length of 10mm, minimum length of 7.5mm to mount the projector.

I did not get a manual included with my projector, so hope this is helpful. Took a while to find this information and mount properly.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks Pretty Well

Pros: It does what it is supposed to. The image is bright enough to still be clearly visible even with some outside lighting.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: This is my second projector purchase from Optoma and I like them both. I will continue to be a customer in the future as long as they maintain this level of quality and value.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Projector!

Pros: For the price, this is one of best home theater projectors I found after shopping around for several days. It's very quiet, I cannot hear it running at all.

I have it sitting up on a shelf projecting a 110 inch screen on my living room wall. It's awesome! My wife said it was just like the movies!

My family use it through out the day with a fair bit of ambient light but it works well enough that i think I'll just retire my 55 inch tv. Also, we have been running it roughly 12 hours a day for the last 3 weeks, doesn't seem to exhibit any issues with heat as of yet.

This was my first projector. If it lasts a year ill never buy another conventional television again.

Cons: Really cannot think of any cons. Will update through out the year if I find any.

Other Thoughts: I did't see any reviews for this projector yet so I'd thought I would give my 2 cents. No regrets here.
