Does this monitor come with a Stand?

Yes - adjustable height stand. It can also be ordered as a head only - no stand if preferred - it's a different SKU.

Does this stand allow for the monitor to be rotated into Portrait Orientation?

Yes it does. If you lay the cables carefully initially, you'd be able to switch back and forth throughout your workday easily. I don't use it in portrait mode, but if I recall correctly (better check this if it really matters to you), it has an internal sensor to auto-switch your computer output when you rotate it. I've been very happy with this monitor.

Does this monitor have built in speakers? also is anyone certain that it can be used in portrait mode? Thanks for the help.

We are using it in portrait mode. It does not have speakers, requires a HP "speaker bar".

Hi Greg, Yes, the monitor has an adjustable base. The screen is able to be raised and lowered, and tilted forwards and backwards. It does NOT swivel side-to-side. I really like this monitor. It looks great.
