Could this stand hold a 24" monitor in the middle with a 19.5" vertically on both sides?

You should have no problems with that, I have 2 32" monitors on it and still have some room (about 8") on each end.

Question 2

We have Dell P2314H which are 23" with dimensions of 21.5 in x  14.3. Will this stand hold three of these?

It is my pleasure to help as I didn't have any real help when I made this purchase myself. I use my mount with 2 LG [29EA93-P] Monitors. I was going to include a link but newegg doesn't want that, so google the monitor. This is my basic math, the stand is spec'd for 3x 21.5 inch monitors, total width = 64.5 inches. Your monitors are 23 inches, totalling 69 inches. I believe the mount will work for you. Why? well, if you look at the picture on the newegg page, you will see the black square base that holds the monitors on the spine of the mount. Well, bases for the two outer monitors are not at the end of the spine, and looking at the spine, you have way more than 4.5 inches to work with, which is the total difference between your 23's and the 21.5's. HOPE THIS  HELPS!!

Question 3

How high does this stand lift the monitors? I have a smaller desk and, with both of my ultrawide monitors I basically have no room for anything else. I see 5" listed in the specifications, but one of the reviews kind of implied that there might be adjustability there?

It somewhat depends on the monitor and where it will connect to the stand. Two of my monitors are 7.5" off the desk, the third is a different brand and sits 6" off. The stand is adjustable and I could raise all 3 an additional 3" if I wanted. I should also state that I have my monitors landscaped. With a small desk, you may be a bit more concerned with the base of the stand. It is about 14" deep and 17-18" wide. I really like this stand and it's very heavy/durable.

Can you tell me what 3 displays in your inventory would work with this stand?

The displays(3x 24" lcd monitor-VG248) i purchased in the bundle from newegg didnt even fit on this stand  i had to drop one of the monitors and use my old 21" with 2x 24" for it to fit comfortably.... sad thing is i bought this in a 3000$ bundle, they changed my bundle order at the "warehouse", i was sent an extra 4gb ram card(which is useless with 2x 8gb cards) and a display adapter to support the three screens only thing is when they added those items the video card that i was supposed to get to work with that adapter was pulled off at the "warehouse" that when they changed my order i wasnt notified of the change and i was charged for the items they added to my cart but i wasnt charged for the video card(only good thing) then when i called customer support they said that it was my fault at first.. WHEN I PURCHASED A BUNDLE!!!... I  then hung up on that rep bc he sucked at his job then i called back and talked to someone that was actually in charge and finally after 3hours of dealing with support they gave me a credit for the amount i should have gotten off the card..Long story short, Buyer beware

what does  LX mean?  what is difference in other triple lift stand?

As far as I can tell this is the only "Tripple Lift Stand" on the market. The LX is probably just part of the model number or could stand for Large Format. What I can tell you about the product is that its the only stand that can hold 2x 27" touch screen displays in land scape and 3x 27" touch displays in portrate. Very well built and can handle the weigh of three large displays.

Could I fit 3 23" monitors on to this?

Hi Jeff, I haven't tried that but according to the manufacturer it should fit up to 3x 24" monitors. It comes with the hardware for three monitors. I installed 2x 27" and they fit well, but there is not room for a third one of that size in landscape position. The fittings let you rotate the monitors 90 Deg. The down side is that the monitors are not firmly locked in place. I would prefer them to be bolted firmly, so, you have to align them visually and leave them alone.
