Durable, affordable and comfortable enough for all-day wear, you will get beautiful, unparalleled sound quality out of these headphones!
Pros: Hello, These headphones are lightweight, but not flimsy. All moving parts have light movement, but fit tight. I’m a large man and these headphones fit well without causing discomfort to my head. I’ve considerable experience with headphones. I was a club DJ for ten years and after wearing dozens of headphones for ten years, I can tell you that these are comfortable to wear. The ear phones are large enough to fit over my ears and they seal to my head very well. In fact, once I don’t these head phones, it’s almost like wearing ear plugs. They do in fact stop a lot of outside noise. The cushions are very comfortable as well. These also clasp your head firmly, but not so much to cause discomfort. The sound is fair to good. From my experience, the quality of sound from these inexpensive headphones varies from computer to computer. I’ve three computers that I use them with. Computer 1 has a S/B Live 5.1 and these headphones have fair quality on that sound card. Computer 2 has a S/B Audigy 2 a
Cons: I can’t really think of any cons. These headphones perform pretty fair for under twenty dollars. When using full volume, these headphones are somewhat loud, but not blasting. Under high volume levels, there’s a get a bit tinny, but it’s not alarming. I hope my information was helpful to you. Thank you for reading my post, best regards, bolillo_loco

Still Going Strong
Reviewed By: Aka Zero on 6/18/2009
Tech Level: high - Ownership: more than 1 year
This user purchased this item from Newegg
Pros: Had one pair for several years now. And still using them daily.
They used to be my cheap work headphones (factory work, hot humid, rough on equipment.) And these survived through 2 years of that, a year of occasional lan parties after that, and now used as my home computer headphones. Still holding up well.
The more you use them the more refined the sound.
The headset is fairly durable. had mine pulled off my head and fall to the floor a few times, since they fit me perfectly.
The cord is really durable, spent a long time tied up (it's long) in a pocket, never developed a kink. ran it over with a chair a few times and tripped on it plenty. has a nick one or two places. but none to the core wire.
Cons: The price went up. These used to run less than a twenty, so get them while on sale.
Other Thoughts: Newegg is great for basically all my computer realated things. Free shipping always rocks. Sennheisers rock, any of the around the ear ones.

Tech Level: somewhat high - Ownership: 1 day to 1 week
This user purchased this item from Newegg
Pros: They have a very crisp sound, they are comfortable for reasonable amounts of time, and they were very affordable. For the 21 (including shipping) dollars I payed, this is an awesome deal. New Egg rocks.
Cons: As others have complained (a complaint that is true with Sennheiser in general it seems) the bass is to strong relative to the other frequencies. However this is easily remedied by setting the iTunes (resp. iPod) equalizer to the "treble boost" setting. These problems make it hard to recommend this set at its normal 30+ dollar price tag.
Other Thoughts: This type of headphone is goofy as hell to wear outside (i.e. with an iPod), but the sound quality and insulation that comes with over ear headphones is amazing. I got this for using my computer when I want to drown out my room mates obnoxious girl friend, and I couldn't be happier.

Pain
Reviewed By: on 2/2/2010
Tech Level: somewhat high - Ownership: 1 week to 1 month
Pros: Good sound quality Cheap - Good bang for the buck Long cable Comfortable on the top of the head
Cons: These headphones do not have enough padding, or the speakers are too close to the ears. The speaker rests on my inner ear lobe sometimes and after an hour or so it becomes sort of painful and I stop using them. If only it was a tiny bit more padding.
Other Thoughts: A good buy unless you have big ears
