5 out of 5 eggsFantastic Headset

Pros: The sound is fantastic. The USB soundcard that it comes with is perfect for my purposes so I don't have to constantly unplug my speakers... i just plug in the USB and it works! The microphone is fantastic. It fits my head snugly but not uncomfortably.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: I would recommend this to anyone. I know the price is somewhat high but I'm hopeful that the high quality product will last a long time.

5 out of 5 eggsSimply Fantastic!

Pros: Crisp and Clean sound!
Simply the BEST PC headset.
Build quality is Excellent
VERY comfortable

Cons: PRICE
- There are many other headsets that will perform very well for less than HALF the cost of these.

Other Thoughts: These might take some time to adjust to as they are not designed as so many other (lesser quality) headsets are with over the top bass. The clarity of the sound that these produce is amazing. I have owned many other expensive headsets that I thought were good products UNTIL I tried these. Logitech makes an excellent wireless USB gaming headset, the G930, that simply pales in comparison to this headset (of course it is less than Half as much).

2 out of 5 eggsNot bad but not great

Pros: -Comfortable
-Well built
-Volume control on headset is nice to have.
-Good sound quality when Dolby is turned off

Cons: -Weak Bass, I have had sharper headphones that have better bass.
-Cannot really customize anything, I cant change sound profiles, etc. Just kind of bare bones.
-Not better for the price, my Corsair headphones are better lol.
Dolby Surround sound is not that great.

Other Thoughts: Honestly disappointing in these headphones, I feel like they are not worth the money compared to other headphones.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome headset!

Pros: These are extremely comfortable really you wont even notice them for long gaming sessions. I have a smaller head and no problems.

Easy to install software and very nice features like microphone muting when up, durable cord and on headset volume control.

I would definitely recommend these. I would say you get what you pay for, a quality headset.

Cons: Cant think of any cons other than the length of the cords.

3 out of 5 eggsLuck of the draw?

Pros: Comfortable, light, solid yet agile build construction. Breathable. Over ear is comfortable even with glasses on. Sound is impressive over an average headset, especially so when paired with a good headphone amped sound card.

Cons: My right ear cup rattles whenever sound is present, really disappointing this being my first sennheiser product and all. After everything I've heard about them I feel a bit underwhelmed. It was instantly noticeable. Via sound card or the USB included 7.1, rattle in right ear cup. Figured they would have tested these pre packing for this price range. Hopefully I can RMA.

1 out of 5 eggsFrom Disappointment To Ultimate Hassle

Pros: The USB sound card is great. The sound was good. Braided cord is durable. Okay Mic.

Cons: When I first installed the 363D I had mixed feelings. I wanted to be happy because the headset truly sounded decent and was so easy to set-up, but I could tell something wasn't right. Over the week and few days I spent with the 363D, I slowly watched that issue grow until it couldn't be ignored. A distracting buzzing noise in the right ear cup droned when ever deep bass was played. It steadily became more apparent until I realized that the headset was completely defective.
The headset just feels cheaply made. I'm not sure I'd like to keep them even if I could get a working pair, since it may be prone to failure.

Other Thoughts: Avoid this headset unless you have either a lot of luck or are willing to deal with convoluted warranties and repair bills. Besides the braided cord, the Sennheiser PC 363D headset just isn't durable.
The sound is good, just not worth the money or trouble.

5 out of 5 eggsLike Pier Bernards recliner of rage - furiously comfortable!!!

Pros: Comfortable, go around ears, kinda still do press too hard on your skull, but pressure is evenly distributed. I work from home doing Help Desk, and also multiplayer Killing Floor after work, and these babies are cadillacs of headsets. I love them. I hold them and look at them. Everything - from high-tension fiber cord, to gold-plated and neatly labeled 3.5mm connectors, to perfectly excecuted shapes of it plastic body. G4ME1 7.1 usb adapter is great. Simple installation (maybe under 1 minute even lol), glow very nicely in the dark, iykwim.

Cons: Slightly longer cord would be nice (+5').

Other Thoughts: People complain these seem less sturdy. These are made from newest high-tech plastic stuff, like high impact. The side covers are made from this wonderful material that lets the sound pass, but is not a mesh like PC 350, is solid.

Be affraid of their comfort and professional excecution, for it will consume you.

5 out of 5 eggsBest headset ever used

Pros: This is by far the best headset I've ever used! The sound quality is top notch, as expected from Sennheiser.
- The usb sound sound card works great.
- Drivers were easy to install (idiot proof.)
- The ear cups are extremely comfortable.
- My wife enjoys the fact that I can hear her talking while I have them on (I don't end up on the couch either!)
- Because of the way the ear cups are designed, in a quiet room this headset creates an astonishingly large soundscape.
- This headset sounds better than my 5.1 home theater set up.
- The price, consider your alternatives on this level of quality...

Cons: - I can hear my wife talking with my headset on

Other Thoughts: Something you won't care about as much as the people that hear you over the mic.
- the mic quality has to be the best on the market for gaming headsets

5 out of 5 eggsBest Headset Ive Ever Owned

Pros: - It has a braided cable which reduces the chance of shorts resulting from tugging, bending, or pulling the wire...

- Volume dial on the right ear cup for adjustment on the fly while you're playing

- EARPAD Material is comfortable and durable

- Sound quality

- Microphone is durable and has excellent clarity

- 3.5 / USB

- 7.1 virtual surround

Cons: - Open ear design can be problematic for those looking to not disturb roommates or other people sleeping but this is inconsequential to most.

- No voice changing gimmick software with it which isnt a huge deal but would have been enjoyable for epic trolling :(

- Pricetag, but you get what you pay for with this one.

Other Thoughts: Ive used headsets from Creative, Plantronics, and Logitech in the past and none of them had the overall quality of this headset.

The issues from my prior headsets ranged from wires shorting out, earpads flaking and falling apart, microphone being flimsy and ceasing to function, lack of functionality, poor sound, driver issues and the list goes on...

My most recent headset before this one was a Soundblaster Tactic 3D Sigma which was a fairly nice headset but it began to experience issues (earpads disintergrating and shorts causing the audio to cutout and the microphone to cease functioning. These issues are not apparent in this headset because of the braided cable and the earpad material not being prone to flaking.

I was told by a couple friends to give Sennheiser a try because they are well known as having great products for audiophiles and casual listeners. I was very pleased as I instantly noticed a difference in audio quality compared to my previous headsets. I had read reviews and posts about its predecessor (PC360) and I figured it would be just as well done and boy was I right...

The surround sound is virtual and NOT true surround which may turn off some people but its easily the best virtual surround Ive heard. They did an extremely good job of simulating a multiple speaker setup... Its very immersive in open world games and can really help you pinpoint the location of people in shooters because of their footsies making sounds.

I may have found a company I can stick with...
