5 out of 5 eggsWorks in XP, Sort of Works in Windows 7

Pros: Quality construction and ergonomic design reduces risk of carpal tunnel for heavy-duty users, versatile button layout (with chording and macros), great driver (Windows XP), smooth and easy trackball control.

Cons: No longer supported by Kensington in Windows 7, KMW driver in XP didn't always play nice with other drivers, pricey, wireless version not as reliable as the USB edition.

Other Thoughts: Wonderful product, no longer supported by Kensington for Windows 7 (boo!!!). It was the best thing I ever ran across to avoid carpal tunnel issues. There are workarounds and third-party products that make most of its functions useable in Windows 7, however.
There are free solutions to getting it to work in Windows 7, mostly. Ability to do chording is gone, however (multiple-button press 'chords' used to let you add even more actions), and the top 6 buttons are left to twist in the wind. I still haven't found any free solutions to allow me to put those back into service in Windows 7.
Overall, I bought 3 of these back when they were being made. Worth every penny, considering that whenever I did my work without them, I was good for a month before the first twinges of carpal tunnel started to creep in.
