Great for flying travels, train or noisy office
- Pros: Very compact and easy to carry on travels. Purchased for use in flights noisy office and does the job if you are listening to music etc.
Comfortable and stay in place. You don't notice or feel you are wearing anything on your ears.
- Cons: slight hiss when activated when no media being listened too. Does a great job in canceling bass/mids but not so good at stopping high trebles or deep deep bass. Still def better and more relaxing than using regular ear buds or open on hear headphones.
- Other Thoughts: You basically have a choice of this type of design which does a great job if compactness and ease of use is your priority. Your only other option is a closed sealed pair of cans that block out external noise by 20db+ with or without noise cancellation....But closed cans will be more bulky. Take a look at the passive(no noise canceling) Sennheiser HD448 which offer great sound and 28db isolation for about $100.
This Bud is for U
- Pros: I ride a motorcycle and needed some tunes to listen to rather than ear plugs. These were recommended by one of the guys on MC Forum, they fit in my full face helmet easily. They come with several rubber thingies for your ear size. Other ear phones that were recommended were much more expensive and I was not going to spend a lot of money on these things.
- Cons: The low end bass is not real good on these but I am not sure if other types offer more low end. But the sound is real clean
- Other Thoughts: If your riding a motorcycle while using these better keep your eyes peeled because you will not here any fire truck or cop with its siren on util its right on top of you.
The wind noise is all but eliminated for the most part and that was what I was looking for.
Nice Headphones
- Pros: Very nice sound quality. Creates both good bass and treble. The noise-cancelling works well. Cords don't tangle terribly like many headphones I've owned and are very easy to untangle.
- Cons: When noise-cancelling is enabled the headphones can create ear-piercing sound.
