4 out of 5 eggsTechnical Review - Read

Pros: Does everything you want a headset to do!
I've been reading posts that the microphone is weak; it is, however this is not a design flaw: computers are capable of digitally amplifying the microphone, so just go into your microphone settings and increase the gain yourself.
You get what you paid for.

Cons: The headset doesn't sit on your head to stay on. It hugs your ears. BIG DIFFERENCE!
If you want it to rest on your head, you'll have to bend the metal on top just perfectly so that it lightly hugs your ears and is mostly resting on the top of your head.
AKA: It hurts your ears after about 30 minutes to an hour unless you do what I said.

Other Thoughts: When I set the output audio pin on my computer to pre amplify the audio signal before it reaches the first amplifier stage of the headset I can hear 'silence' or empty noise; but that makes sense if the headset is using class AB amplifiers. So just don't do that and be content with it's maximum output volume (I think I'm tricking one of the filter circuits and it's passing the noise).
Too technical for you - don't rock out with these headphones on super maxxed out volume or you'll hear silent noise.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: I was surprised at the quality of this headset for the price. I've paid more in the past for cheaper quality headsets at retail stores. I was very impressed when I received these.

The voice quality on the microphone is decent and the sound quality for the headset is overall acceptable. I notice it more when listening to music vs playing FPS games.

Cons: Like some of the other reviewers have mentioned, they're a little tight on the head which tends to make your upper part of your ears sore with extended use. I noticed it at first but usually I can readjust them on my head to make them a little more comfortable.

Other Thoughts: If you remember these are a $6 headset, you definitely get your money's worth overall. I plan to purchase an extra set or two to have on hand for when these finally give out on me.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Headset

Pros: 1. Cheap
2. Very effective
3. Nice feel
4. Great mic
5. Separate sound adjuster

Cons: None so far

Other Thoughts: The separate audio control was cranked up to max when I put them on, I would recommend you double check this before using them.

5 out of 5 eggsworth it.

Pros: Follow up; Amazing sound, 6-foot cable? niccce! great price and a volume slider included. Nice!

Cons: Head band. See below.

Other Thoughts: Following up on my previous review I've suffered the problem of aching ears and also my temple area. However, Adjusting the head band to a larger size helped; but the aching ears problem still persisted. Other than that, this is a great headset for a great price.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing

Pros: Amazing bass, the mids and treble could use some work, however nothing an equalizer can't fix. The mic quality is great; especially for the amazing price of $x.xx. I've read reviews of the headset causing peoples ears to ache after a while, and I know that feeling.

Haven't had that issue yet with this headset, then again I have small ears. Great cable length, additional volume control located about 3/4ths up the wire; very convenient when you have to shut off the sound in an instant.

Cons: None so far, my only gripe would be that they did not print Right or Left side ahaha.

Other Thoughts: The left side is the side where the microphone protrudes :P
