The package is a little dusty and the edge of the plastic is torn which looks like it was already opened once before. Cons: The pictures and the video is very confusing. The 4 first pictures and the video that you see on the page are for the Jabra Bluetooth (wireless) headset. The description and the other 5 photos are for the wired headset which is what you get when you order. Other Thoughts: I did not go and look on Jabra's webpage to see the exact model numbers to clarify what kind of headset it was.
