Smudges and delicate to temp. In an air conditioned office, 24/7 it could not stand up to normal use. Got about 1/3rd the use out of the tonor. From day one it smudges. Replaced with retail version (at 3x the cost) But - it worked perfectly. Put this tonor back in - problems. Ordered two of these items - recieved two different tonors - obviously a re-furb but poor quality batch. Other Thoughts: Best advice - spend a little more, stay away from this company. If you can only afford this product, then be sure to shake the tonor left to right gently prior to use. Persue warranty options. Was not worth it to me - Software Engineer - I need my time cannot be spent on the phone with technical support or sales people... IF $30 to you is the same as $60.00 to others then by all means, experiment. If your short on cash, spend a little more, you'll get your monies worth in a better product, and still play less than normal retail. I bought 2 and opened them both as soon as I received them. Both were perfect replacements for my TN-350 (2040n). They were clean, well packaged, and ink levels seem to be the same as the OEM product. Im satisfied so far. Will repost if I have different thoughts. Thaks newegg for the fast shipping as always!
