5 out of 5 eggsI love this camera!

Pros: Great size. Easy to operate. Easy to undestand instructions.

Cons: I have none

Other Thoughts: My son who is a photographer is very impressed with this camera. It is ideal for the average person who wants good results. I reviewed this camera for quite some time and made many comparisons. I found this to be the best for my limited abilities. I was right is choosing this one!

1 out of 5 eggsAWFUL!!

Pros: Small, light and attractive with some cool features. Nice big screen. Easy to use.

Cons: It only takes good pics when someone is standing perfectly still. Otherwise, the pics are incredibly blurry. Blurry is actually an understatement.

Other Thoughts: I would not recommend this at all. This camera is good for taking pictures of objects that are sedentary. Nothing else. Two thumbs down!!

4 out of 5 eggsBargain Handy Camera

Pros: - Compact and well built pocket camera
- No retractable lens
- Impressive zoom on small camera, and good sized LCD

Cons: - Still deciding on image quality
- Extensive menu navigation to reach manual options
- Fairly basic video capture-- there are better options.

Other Thoughts: I was looking for an inexpensive pocketable camera, simple enough for my wife. While on a trip I had a camera with a retractable lens lock up from a little grit, so I was very attracted to the enclosed lens system. If you look at the reviews you'll find the basics-- higher ISO numbers result in some noise, image stabilization is okay but not remarkable, poor low light performance, resolution not as good as the megapixels would indicate-- this is pretty consistent with similar cameras. I find that the images aren't terribly crisp, but maybe that just means that they aren't doing so much sharpening. In all I am happy for light use-- better than a phone cam by far-- but I'm not going to pitch out my bulkier consumer camera just yet.

4 out of 5 eggsGood Value

Pros: Sleek and elegant, pocket sized, ease of use, very good picture quality and battery life. 5X optical zoom, no projecting lens barrel. Accepts both SD and XD memory cards. Sliding lens cover, auto focus on faces option.

Cons: Case is slippery, and while the lcd screen is large, it is not recessed, so it can scratch if placed flat. Battery must be removed to recharge. No optical viewfinder.

Other Thoughts: Overall a good looking and versatile camera. I miss the charging/download cradle my old Fuji had- requiring battery removal to recharge is a step in the wrong direction. Many exposure options to help user achieve excellent results. I like the natural option that takes 2 frames at once, one with and one without a flash, then just keep the preferred one. Image quality is quite good, and the directions are clear and helpful. Several months ago this was a $300 camera, amazing.

4 out of 5 eggsPics

Pros: Cheap 8MP Camera. It has many features once loaded and the dual shot is pretty cool. The camera itself is pocket size can easily fit in both girl and guy jeans. Maybe twice as thick as the iphone. I wanted a camera that could zoom without the telescoping lens that is because my prev. camera's lens broke that way.

The multiple picture viewing is pretty good. Overall its a decent camera for the typical point and shoot.

Cons: When loaded takes a while to initialize to take the picture. The loading between pictures in "single" (preview) mode takes a long time. I wish you could turn off the transitions. I don't like how the layout is placed takes me a while to do things but I maybe used to the sony camera with a lot of buttons.

Other Thoughts: Great camera for its price...does well versus sand.

3 out of 5 eggs8megapixels of webcam quality

Pros: Inexpensive, relatively easy to operate

Cons: The image quality is atrocious. I had a Fuji digital camera a few years back and swore I wouldn't buy one again. This camera came up as a shell shocker deal and was so cheap, I figured I'd get it and keep it in my car for when I left my Canon at home. It barely suffices for that purpose and if it wasn't more hassle than it's worth to return it, I would've sent it back.

Other Thoughts: If quality is a consideration, go with a Canon. I've had at least five different ones through the years and quality-wise, they can't be beat.

5 out of 5 eggsBest camera i have owned

Pros: I bought this camera as a replacement for my samsung which was beginning to act up on every shoot that i take, at first i was a lil reluctant on buyin this item because the reviews online calls it only beauty not beast but after using it i think it is both. It has both the style and the features to make for a great point and shoot camera. The built in zoom lens is something that i absolutely love.

Cons: None

Pros: This camera is great. Got it as a shell shocker and for the price, can't beat it. Small and compact, good choice of features. The camera again is nice and small and looks good which is a plus.

Cons: none
