I also bought a 2 year warranty, which I guess is through "myservice.com". I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS. Cons: I bought this product with the 2 yr warranty, which ended up from "myservice.com". From "myservice.com" website I could N O T, register with thier website. Not only that, but when I told "myservice.com" thru their complaint website (they asked for name, address, phone number and email) I could not register, ALL they did is send an email saying yeh, we know you had problems with no follow up. Small footprint on desk. No configuration required. Have not had to power cycle it. Excellent price (refurb). Aesthetically pleasing. Cons: Does not auto-reply to incoming email. Cons: The unit works fine, but it looks heavily used. There were indeed a multitude of scratches and wear across the top surface. No manual, but don't need it. Other Thoughts: Although the unit looks like it has been pre-used for several years it does work just fine. Arrived quickly and you can't beat the price. 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful.
