The Rosewill RGS-1024 utilizes Store-and-Forward switching, which verifies the integrity of data before forwarding it across the network, so you don't waste bandwidth on junk transmissions. It also supports IEEE 802.3x flow control for Full Duplex mode and backpressure for half-duplex mode.
