Does the dock include a separate battery?

No it does not but battery life is pretty good and if you are looking for a solution to your tablet & laptop needs this thing is great. Use it just like a laptop with the keyboard and mouse touch pad. Or add a bluetooth mouse. You can also use the touchscreen in laptop mode. The tablet itself has the standard micro usb dock but the base has a full size usb plug so you should be able to use a regular mouse too. The mounting to the base is sturdy and another bonus, when mounted the base keeps the screen well protected.

Does this come with Microsoft Office ?

Microsoft Office comes preinstalled, but you have to redeem the code that should be in the box. This was true with the tablet I purchased a few months ago. The manufacturer's website seems to suggest that this still is the case.

Can one use a mouse with this tablet?

Yes you can. You can use a Bluetooth mouse or a usb mouse on the dock. You could even use a usb wireless dongle mouse as well as long as the driver is supported.

It does have a camera on the screen side, and I do see some apps in the play store for Skype. I don't use Skype however, so I can't go any farther than that.

Has Full sized USB port on the Key Board, I am not sure what you mean OTG,  can use USB drive anytime.
This tablet is awesome for the price, it was a birthday present for my 11 year old son.  Its fast and easy to use and great resloution

Yes it does, on the keyboard. It allows you to plug in a USB flash drive and then browse and edit the files using their file manager app.

Does the TF103C-A1-Bundle come with a docking cable?

No. tablet to keyboard technology uses either hard connect or Bluetooth, not a cable. In this case, the bundle includes the hard connect keyboard which is the beauty of this configuration. Also, the keyboard has keys unique to running the tablet such as volume up/down which a standard keyboard would not do without custom keyboard settings.

Awesome tablet if you have a need or want keyboard input for office apps, surfing, etc. I like it way better than my iPad. Only downside is a long time to recharge the battery and battery life is shorter than many tablets, but I don't use it for long stretches where I am not able to connect it to a power source.
