Pros: I have a T420 (purchased new) and thought these would be great for some of out reps. Thicker overall than the t420 (likely diff between LED and Flourecent lid) but Thinkpads are really well built Cons: I know these are refurbed, but not don't well, at all. Scratches on screen, marred palm rest, the lid had an adhesive re-cover that was peeling on the corners, and then there was the fact that both machines were missing rubber feet/ pads!!! And not like all of them, odd numbers so when I set the unit on a desk, it wobbled! I have bought refurbished Lenovo desktop machines and been happy, but these were re-worked by a supplier that didn't care. Shoddy work and the machines I recieved should have been passed over.
