Question 2

There is a usb port on the keyboard, you can use that for transferring data on a flash drive, correct? it's not just for charging the keyboard or anything else like that ?

The keyboard is powered by the tablet  - it has no battery and does not need to be charged. The USB ports on it are just like the ones on a regular PC. You can use a flash drive. You could probably charge your iPhone ;-) Not that I have tried that.

Does this product come with the keyboard. It is not explicitly listed, but is shown in the photos. If not, is one available for purchase and how much does it cost?

The Lenovo Mii300 comes with a keyboard attached, like a laptop. What's really neat, is that the keyboard can be detached so you can use the Miix 300 as a touchscreen tablet. The keyboard is not required in tablet mode.

Question 4

I am looking for a tablet that has one note? The specs only says it has Win 10 and does not say if it has office.

It doesn't have office, you have to completely arrange for that. This is a real windows machine and for the price - heck it's about as cheap as just windows 10! So as you might expect, it's for 'light duty use' only. I have not tried to use it for business. It would be cool if you could though!

How is the free tablet that it comes with?

I'm not sure what you mean by 'free' unless you are referring to when the tablet is 'free' from the keyboard.   The tablet is very responsive and has a beautiful picture but does scratch relatively easily.  It will require a sticking type of screen protector.  It is a comfortable size however Windows is a tad difficult to use without the mousepad sometimes but very manageable with the touch screen.

does this tablet have a microphone?
can Dragon Speaking program be used with it?

It does have a microphone - I've recorded videos with in and they play back with sound!

I don't have Dragon though, sorry I can't answer that. It probably does work - check compatibility with windows 10

Has anyone tried plugging a TB external hard drive into this and transferring/opening files? Please share experience on speed/etc
