5 out of 5 eggsVery Durable

Pros: This simple fan is rather extraordinary. Five years ago I put one of these fans into service ventilating a weather station instrument housing. It has been running virtually non stop ever since. It's on 24 hours a day, every day. It has endured temperatures from below 0 to over 100 Fahrenheit outside. It has been caked with dust at times, weathered countless storms, and put up with every extreme of humidity. It has been faithfully serving in these conditions for 5 years now and continues to work great! (Note however I have been running it at low speed.)

I have also used one of these fans in a computer and that one has worked great as well. The fact that they include a speed controller and grill at this price is pretty remarkable.

Cons: I wish the included speed controller could get power off a 3-pin fan header on the mobo so I don't have to bring down one of the old 4-pin Molex connectors from the PSU just for it. Many cheap mobos have enough fan headers but not all support speed control which is where this would come in handy.

5 out of 5 eggsNoisy like hell

Pros: beautiful colour, It moves lots of air and i got a fan speed controller with it.

Cons: TOO NOISY. At minimum speed you cant heard it. But once you speed up the fan, its like having a turbo engine in your pc case.

Other Thoughts: Well ill keep it 5 stars even with the cons because i m really happy that Rosewill included a speed fan controller.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat for case fans

Pros: decent performance to price ratio. I've had zero issues with the fans so far.

Cons: They could be more quiet, but for the price you really cant ask for more

5 out of 5 eggsFans

Pros: These guys move a fair amount of air; even through my modified heatercore I use as a radiator.

Cons: A little loud. Not really a con, they come with controllers so its adjustable if you want to. I dropped 5 in my case and while its noticeable when going full out its not overbearing.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat fans with a little extra work

Pros: Amazing value!
- Not crazy loud on full blast. But im not overly sensitive to this.
- NIce construction
- Moves plenty of air
- Multiple connections for power

Cons: These units come with A LOT of wires. (see comments)

Other Thoughts: I received these fans and went right to work using them in for a push/pull configuration on my Corsair H60 closed loop cooler. These fans come with lots of extra wires. I setup my case and started to lay out wire management. Basically, I tied the wires together that were going to be routed inside the case. I then "sheathed" the tied wire in electrical tape to give them a more pleasing look and manageable use. With a little extra work, my case still looks great and I am using the speed dials.

5 out of 5 eggsJ3.s_u.s LO.V_3.s Me

Pros: 2 ball = longevity and lower noise and stable RPMs.

Comes with noise reducer.

Cons: Not for quiet systems. This is for overheating and overclocked systems only. If you are building quiet build, look elsewhere even though the fan quality is good and it's inexpensive it's too noisy even with the V limiter.

If you are buying a bunch of these for ONE computer then beware that you WILL need a separate multi-fan controller for these because you will run out of slots on the back of PC to put the limiters in. Without limiters it's crazy loud and only good for when using headphones music glaring or when you put it in a separate server room/garage for hash operations.

Other Thoughts: I highly recommend it but KNOW FIRST what you are getting into. These are not for quiet home PC. Look for lower Amperage and lower RPM fans if you are looking to build a quiet PC. I recommend maximum 19db fans for pleasant co-existence with your puter friend--anything more than that is for performance and for those who don't care.

5 out of 5 eggsNice for the $$

Pros: Fan speed control.

Cons: Lots of wires, but zip-ties can help.

Other Thoughts: Caught this fan on sale and picked up two. So far so good! Cooled my CPU temps while playing BF4 with only about 1/3 speed applied.

5 out of 5 eggsNice Fan

Pros: Nice fan Comes with a controller for fan speed. It's just a knob for the back of the PC so no software. Nice and simple.

Cons: Fan wire could have been a little longer Just sayin
