The ZEROtherm ZT100 thermal grease is a silicone based, high performance thermal grease designed to meet the thermal, reliability and price requirements of high end CPUs, GPUs and custom ASICs chips. This gray thermal grease meets all environmental standards including RoHS.

Featuring superior wetting properties to comparable grease and the capability of filling the microscopic irregularities of the components it contacts, the ZEROtherm ZT100 thermal grease provides very low thermal resistance. The ZEROtherm ZT100 also delivers outstanding reliability as it is stable, does not dry out, settle, harden or pump out. In addition, the ZEROtherm ZT100 thermal grease is easy to use by affording an enhanced viscosity for screen printing and stenciling.

Cons: Larger syringe has graduations on side, from 0 up to 3. supposed to be full @ 3. pressed plunger all the way down to 1 before I got anything. RIPOFF!!! barely had enough for 1 cpu. Purchased this based on other reviews and I am not let down. The provided finger condom for application is also a nice touch. My quad core system (Intel) is running at or below 45C under load, its better then the stock paste that came with my heat sink. Cons: They could have stuffed some more paste into the tube for the price. Other Thoughts: My computer's CPU has not been able to cook bacon because of this paste (and that's a good thing!) The processor is running 10 to 15 degrees cooler. This is the same processor out of my old system which was always running a little warm.
