1 out of 5 eggsComplete garbage

Pros: Cheap

Cons: Never worked well and provided only minimal quality. After 3 months the base speaker was so distorted that it was unusable. There is a warranty but parts only so unless I know how to fix it and what parts it is useless. OH DONT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY!! if you try to use it they will tell you that it isn't in effect until the "parts only warranty" expires so you need to just hold on to that broken piece of @)($*@) for a year then call us back.

Other Thoughts: Seriously don't do it, this thing is junk.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: great sound for 20 dollar speakers, amazing bass quality, super easy setup with minimal cord mess

Cons: if its to loud and alot of bass the sub-woofer will rattle a little bit with a bad sounds quality.

Other Thoughts: not the speakers in the picture 0_o the two little speakers were more of a square shape and not as wide but same sub woofer and everything i am very pleased with this product and will buy from newegg and cyber acoustics again

4 out of 5 eggsWow

Pros: I opened the box and wow, I though "cheap" lol. Installed speakers and turned on and you know, they have ok sound. I'm not talking a 500.00 sound, they have a 24.99 sound. So if your expecting 500.00 sound, I suggest buying a 500.00 sounds system. If you just need sound for music, or game play this is fine. If you're real picky and just have to have great sound, pass on these.

Cons: By buying chinese, I'm aiding the enemy!

Other Thoughts: Look for 24.99 you can't go wrong if you just need some computer sounds

5 out of 5 eggsPleasantly surprised

Pros: Reasonably good quality.
Compact size.
Price.
Fast shipping.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: Pleasantly surprised by the sound of these speakers. Bought them for watching videos on my laptop. For that purpose, these speakers do the job quite well.

3 out of 5 eggsOk for price

Pros: Given the price point and quality not bad for under $30, at this range could do worse. The Sound is decent for everyday tasks. The black color will blend in with most decor. Great for beginners, family computers with kids.

Cons: These speakers are not meant for loud music or gamers. They play decent until you hit a certain volume then they cut off bad. But most speakers at this price range suffer from this defect. Good for moderate loudness, but after that ?????

Other Thoughts: Good for beginners or when low on cash budget.

4 out of 5 eggsCyber Acoustics CA3001WB

Pros: Great value. Not a boom box setup but works great for my watching the Internet on the bedroom TV. A good bang for the buck.

Cons: Not for listening to music videos, not at any volume anyway. But that is not what I bought it for.

Other Thoughts: For watching movies and streaming video this is all that I need. Would recommend to a friend.

2 out of 5 eggsCheap....like $25 cheap

Pros: Cheap, that's about the only thing these have going for them.

Cons: Cheap. I wasn't expecting really high quality by any means but these just suck. The sub produces something that may be considered bass to someone somewhere I'm sure while the satellites are just flat....so very flat.

Other Thoughts: You get what you pay for.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat little speakers.

Pros: You will not find a new set of 2.1 speakers for $27 shipped that sound better. The bass out of that 3 inch woofer is amazing. It is tuned perfectly for the box.
I was gonna replace it before I heard it with a 4 incher I had, but when I removed it, I noticed it had a large, long magnet on it for a long stroke. So I put it back in and tried the set up. Would have been to much bass with the 4 incher.

Cons: No tone control, but most media players have their own. So that is what I use. Matter of fact, I run the bass below flat. The mids are bumped slightly above flat and the highs run flat.

Other Thoughts: These are a gift for some one I am fixing a small media PC, for. I am sure she will be happy.

Do these sound as good as the $600 powered speakers I built for my PC. Heck no. But being these cost 22 times less, they are without a dought a great bargain.

3 out of 5 eggsYou get what you pay for

Pros: Cheap, small

Cons: I thought they would be a little bigger, I spent 25 dollars on a phillips 2.1 speaker system and was super happy, thought this would be about the same quality. The speakers sound really really cheap. Which is what I paid for , so I'm not surprised.
