Awesome!
- Pros: As the other reviewer stated, battery life is really good. Sound quality is great, and although I dont use the wireless too much, it's a nice feature to have. I really like the software updates, and most of the features are updated no matter which one you have, none of the generation/version issues like with others. The video has come in handy, as I transfer tv shows over from my HTPC to waste time in waiting rooms.
- Cons: Cant think of one.
- Other Thoughts: ended up buying a second one for the better half after owning this thing for 2 weeks. The thing is still so relevant that I cant find a compelling reason to buy the HD version until this one dies, no matter how hard I try!
Solid Refurb
- Pros: Battery life! The charge on this lasts for hours with minimal use - I use this for about 6-7 hours of my shift, no backlight or Wifi and minimal song changing and the battery meter still reads 3/4 when I get back home and plug it in. The screen is also a pretty good size and very clear. It has the equalizer.
- Cons: I'm not a fan of "sync"-ing players with software and it takes awhile to check over all the content every time you plug it in, but only an inconvenience if you want to plug it in just to add or remove content.
- Other Thoughts: I wish I could have purchased a larger capacity Zune but it was a woot deal that I couldn't pass up. Also, this is the notorious player that "bricks" for a day on leap years, but it fixes itself.

Great Product
- Pros: Wonderful product, my children wanted ipods I chose the Zune and they love theirs now!! My son has barely turned it off since he opened it Christmas morning. Plays movies with incredible definition and the sound is remarkable. Now I want one for myself...

Great Purchase
- Pros: You can load it up with music. Its not an Ipod - Ipod users want to know what it is. With a good set of headphones it sounds great.
- Cons: No CD or directions in the box to get you started - it is a refurb. Do a search on the Internet and you will find all the information you need to use it if you are migrating from another mp3 player. It is a bit more bulky than some other mp3 players out there.
- Other Thoughts: Get one while they have them in stock.
- Pros: nice mp3 player to have
nice sound if you have a better headphone, wroth for the price
- Cons: can not support Asian characters but can unlock it by doing so hacking work.
