Not from Newegg. I have read that you can buy phones that come with minutes for a year. If you just get the phone, you buy cards that add minutes/text/data in 30/60/120/ a year time period. The minutes/texts/data never expire but depending on the card you buy, you have 90 days (or more) to use the minutes before you need to add a new card. Cards are readily available at lots of big stores. A 60 minute card (that is tripled for many phones) costs $20 and is for a 90 day period.

I don't think so; if it does, you can't access it. This is for the tracfone version, maybe a non-tracfone has a sim card. You could try asking Verizon or whichever carrier you are using.

As will all tracfones, you should go to the website to see if Tracfone covers your area.  If one tracfone works, this new LG 41c phone will work too.  
BTW, I upgraded my old tracfone (flip phone) to this smart phone, but I had a bit of trouble getting all the call, text and data points as advertised.  A phone call to Tracfone cleared it up and the new phone works great!

Yes, the LG L41C was developed for Tracfone. I upgraded painlessly from my previous (not so smart) LG 840G. These phones even have a Tracfone logo on the back cover.

Well the rear camera is like a regular camera to take pictures or movies as you would normally do.

i used to be able to use internet both with wifi and by using my minutes, now i can only log onto internet while using wifi only. everything is turned on...wifi,data,location etc. any ideas?

You should be able to access the internet by using your minutes if the data button is on.  Try turning off the wifi button and see if that works.  If they're both on, maybe the phone defaults to the strongest signal.
