Currently I have a work phone with Verizon and a personal phone with T-mobile. Will this phone work with two different carriers with 2 sims?

Your summaries for Asus Zenfone 2 Laser are inconsistent.  16MB version has 4G LTE band 12 but not the 700 MHz. 32MB version does not have band 12.  Need compatibility with T-Mobile and your information is giving me trust issues.  Please answer the simple questions:  Will this phone work?  For me?

I have both versions purchased through Newegg (32 gig via Jet from Newegg) and both are used on T-Mobile's unlimited 3+1 4g LTE plan- neither of us have encountered any problems.   Specs for both phones are identical as far as I checked,  with exception for the Ram.

Check the store at Asus for confirmation; plus there are several Android specialized review sites that provide a wealth of information re. these phones.

yes for both of your questions.  its  also going to be upgradable to Marshmallow os as soon as asus gets it on the server.  I own both phones. Asus zenofone 2 and the laser ver.  the laser has an incredible camera and its slightly slower than the intel version but based on your questions I am going to assume you dont know much about hardware so i dont think you will not know the difference. ;)  For everyone else.  you know the prereqs...get it rooted, stip down android, remove all the bloat, etc. fast phone and its heavy so if you have small hands and are not used to a heavy phone then look elseware.  for the enthusiasts that overclock on asus boards and love to push thier hardware then this is the phone for you.   I love it!

Does this phone really have band 12? It says on spec sites elsewhere that it doesn't.

Sorry Sunho, As far as I know it doesn't support band 12. My info is from the specs on the Asus site. I do get 4g lte where I live and the speed is very fast (T-Mobile) though I haven't tried a speedtest yet. I also don't know which band it's using and there is no obvious way to see this on the phone.
