N/A 9/27/2012 1:00:28 AM Tech Level: 5/5 Ownership: 1/5 Verified Owner	Rating: 3/5Nice...except... Pros: Color, texture, right amount of flexibility. Cons: The bottom ports were designed wrong. When I was on the phone with it in use, people told me I sounded muffled. Apple has installed other mics on the iPhone 5 and this has some of the material covering one on the bottom....or at least I believe it's one of the mics. So I had to cut away some of the material to fix this. Then I sounded fine to others. One of the cutouts on the bottom is the wrong shape so it appears that this was designed without full knowledge of iphone 5 specs. At least it fits more snug than the clear skin (clear white?) as it isn't clear at all. Go to Kensington if you want a clear skin that is somewhat flexible. Theirs isn't quite ready to ship yet....probably because they wanted to get the iphone5 to ensure proper design/specs. Did you find this review helpful? Thanks for the valuable feedback you provided!
J.R. 9/24/2012 5:59:51 AM Tech Level: 5/5 Ownership: 2/5 Verified Owner	Rating: 3/5Good for Temporary Solution Pros: Pre-ordered day after I pre-ordered device; cost was decent and much lower than the crummy cases the carriers sell. Fit is sufficient, the case is not bulky and does not distract from the superior feel of the device in the hand. Will provide adequate scratch and scuff protection. Cons: Wasn't expecting greatness, but case arrived in what I can only describe as "used" condition. Heavy scuffing on the back of the case, some warping around the volume buttons. The case will only provide adequate protection- that should be obvious, but with the weight of the device this is really a picky con since it should be fairly drop-proof. Other Thoughts: It was a good deal and since most "nicer" basic cases cost three times as much to provide incrementally better protection, I'm happy with the purchase. Slides in and out of pockets nicely. -Allows all ports to be accessed easily. -Buttons are covered, but still usable. Cons: -Lock/Power button is a little harder to push with this case on.
