1 out of 5 eggsYou don't even get what you pay for

Pros: Honestly, the only good thing I have to say about this product is that it's small...

Cons: No one can hear me with this stupid thing! I've turned up the volume, I've screamed, I've enunciated, nothing makes any difference. I do a lot of driving, so about twice a month I'll decide I'm going to give this POC another shot, and invariably I'll have to disconnect it 30 seconds into the call because the person I've called can't make out a word I'm saying.

Other Thoughts: I bought this to replace my Jawbone. I absolutely loved my Jawbone, but I have such small ears that I couldn't really use it comfortably, so I gave it to a friend and went about looking for a replacement. I'm still looking... But my Jawbone is still going strong (it's at least 2 years old now, and I think closer to 4), and when my friend calls, I can never tell if he's using the bluetooth versus speaking into the phone directly. Unless you have ridiculously small ears, like me, spend the extra money and get a Jawbone. Hands down the best headset I've ever had, and I'm seriously considering getting another one and trying to figure out some way to make it work for me fit-wise.

1 out of 5 eggscomplaints of low volume

Pros: easy fitting

Cons: I used it on my phone for a little bit and received tons of complaints that they couldn't hear me. I decided to retire it and use it with my ps3 instead and get the same complaints that my volume is really low. Unless I yell it's not loud enough.

Other Thoughts: Buy something else

1 out of 5 eggssave your money

Pros: None

Cons: this is completely useless as no one can hear me when I'm using it. I thought at 1st it might just be a couple of places that I call on a regular basis but it seems that there has only been a couple of people who can hear me when I use this headset.

1 out of 5 eggsWould be nice if it worked

Pros: This looks good and it comes with two very handy charger stations. One of which lays the headset down flat and has a cover in case you need to pack it in a bag or suitcase. The other sits the headset angled upward. Both stands use a magnetic holder so the headset clicks down very sturdy.

The quality of incoming audio is excellent and clear.

Cons: This unit arrived DOA. I was able to power on the headset successfully and pair it just fine, however after trying to use it I realized that no one could hear me. The microphone in the headset was non-functional and so I could hear people talking but they couldnt hear me.

After calling motorola (1-877-MOTOBLU) and getting shoved around their automated tech support line for 15 minutes saying "other products" and "bluetooth" and "other products" over and over again in response to questions that never once mentioned "Bluetooth or phone accessories" I got a tech support rep that told me I need to send the product in. I'm sending it through newegg because I've never had good luck with RMA's through manufacturers. I'm VERY ticked that the shipping the first time was almost the cost of the headset, and now the RMA shipping has put the transit of this device more than the actual cost of it. Hopefully the next one works...

Other Thoughts: I bought another bluetooth headset from LG at the same time, and while I like the charge station and the look of this motorola better, atleast the LG actually WORKED. If the replacement headset fails then I'm never buying from motorola again when it comes to bluetooth. I'd rather spend 40+ bucks on a working headset. Even though this is only $17 I expect to not have to ship products back and forth until I get a working item.

2 out of 5 eggsThey Can't Hear Me

Pros: Inexpensive, stylish enough, lightweight, quality sound from speaker

Cons: People i'm talking to tell me it sounds like I am far away from the microphone, charging base contacts detached from base along with magnet, and the contact 'plate' actually stayed attached to the headset - I had to use clear tape to hold the charging contact plate in place so that it doesn't come off the base with the headset

Other Thoughts: I'm returning this to newegg. This is my second 'economy' bluetooth headset purchase and I am realizing that you have to spend a little to get a quality headset

3 out of 5 eggs

Pros: This set was a great deal at the time I got it from new egg. The sound quality is great, and it fits nicely in the ear, compared to two older moto bluetooth units I had.

Cons: The one thing that does bother me is that it does not have very good connectivity to either of the bluetooth enabled phones I have. If they are clipped to my belt, the reception is hit or miss unless hte phon eis clipped to the front of my shlef about 8 inches away from the headset, whihc was also the case with my previous moto h300 and h500 headsets, too.

Other Thoughts: Overall, it's a great value for the money, with the reception of the bluetooth signal being the only issue. This happened on my LG, Nokia, and Motorola phones, so it may just be this particular headset that has some issues, as it has 100 perecent better conenctivity than either of my old ones ever did.
