The MBR95 Wireless N Home Router provides a simple and secure way to add high-speed networking to the home. Designed specifically for multimedia, gaming and home computers, the MBR95 shares a Cable, DSL or 3G/4G Internet connection throughout the home wirelessly at 802.11 N speeds or through any of the four ethernet ports.

Supported devices include PCs, laptops, Macs, iPads, DVRs, gaming systems, cameras, printers and VoIP phones. To provide a safe networking environment, the MBR95 provides a wide variety of security features to prevent unwanted access, and robust content filtering to prevent children from accessing undesirable web content.

The MBR95 enables guest Internet access via WiFi, using a second SSID with separate security settings. This enables guests to access to the internet, without allowing them to access private home computers and devices.

4 out of 5 eggsGood...not great

Pros: Simple setup with advanced features. Firmware updates regularly. 3G and 4G compatible.

Cons: Does drop internet occasionally. Not sure if this is a router or modem card issue (or the signal booster I use). I've noticed the latest firmware version (3.6.3) seems to drop more often (4-8 times per day). I reverted back to an older one (3.6.1?) and its much less (1-4 per week). It's certainly annoying, but manageable.

Other Thoughts: We use this to share an ATT modem. It is the only way for us to get internet. I'd give it 3.5 stars. It dropping thing is annoying...Otherwise it works great.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat product.

Pros: Works with nearly every air card. Called customer support and talked with a real person right away. They had the answer to a technical question without transferring me. More options than average user would know what to do with.

Cons: None. Seriously!

Other Thoughts: If you have an air card with an unlimited plan, get this! If you have an air card without an unlimited plan, get this! It will shut off your internet before you hit your cap (with the appropriate settings), or it will email you when you get close to your data limit.

1 out of 5 eggsDO NOT BUY!

Pros: It has survived me beating on it repeatedly....many pieces but still functions!

Cons: This unit is subject to FREQUENT disconnects, and when I say frequent, I mean ALL THE TIME! It is totally unreliable. I am thinking about billing Cradlepoint for all of my time lost. The user interface is totally convoluted in every way. It is too difficult to navigate and work with.

Other Thoughts: If you are going to buy this item, I recommend finding an uneven table and using it to level the table....I am sure it would work well for that.
