The Asante Smartbot system is a high performance 1.3 Megapixel camera with exceptional day and night video quality that can be managed from anywhere on internet via a browser. The camera’s compact design allows you to install the camera at any desired location.
Asante Smartbot system allows you to install and manage the camera in seconds and you will be able to view your home and love ones with a click of a button. Video can be viewed on any smart phone device such as iPhone using applications such as IP Cam Viewer or other devices such as iPad or iTouch. Camera has a built-in CPU and web server that can be setup for basic viewing and monitoring without requiring a computer to be present at all times and this translates into fewer burdens on your PC or MAC.
People Detection, not Just Motion DetectionThis is what Asante Smartbot offers as an application to the users of this camera. Just connect the LAN cable to your personal router and run the Smartbot configuration to access the camera. Video can be recorded locally on the hard drive, or sent to a FTP server; snapshots can be emailed to your personal email address and many more options that are far beyond the scope of this description section. Create rules about what you want to capture and record such as People and Objects, designate locations that you would like to be monitored. Scan hours of video in just minutes.
