Great picture!
- Pros: This frame has great colors. That matters the most to me.
It has a good price as well. The size is also very good, not small, not too big.
- Cons: None.
Very Nice High Res Photo Frame
- Pros: This frame is fantastic. I bought one for my 85 yo grandmother, and for my fiance (28). Both were very happy with the style of the frame as well as the quality of the pictures it presents. Setup is easy, didnt even read the instructions. It takes multiple types of memory cards and even allows you to store 128mb worth of photos on it. The quality is stunning and makes our older photo frame (640X480) look like junk.
- Cons: They dont mention that you can take off the silver/translucent outer frame (which displays blue lights on one setting) and you will have a very nice, formal, match with anything, matte black frame. Grandma liked the frame with the silver/clear outer frame (&blue lights), but the fiance likes the black frame better. Not really a con, but its nice to know.
Other thoughts: the speaker seems way to small to produce much sound, but i havent tried it and cant say for sure. Its probably sufficient for music or something quiet.
- Other Thoughts: I set this up (for both) to have it automatically play pictures when it turns on, the default is a menu. That way you put in the memory card, flip the switch to "ON", and it starts playing. My uncle, brother, aunt and grandmother all had no trouble when they tried out their memory cards in this frame. Its so nice when things work at they are supposed to
- Pros: Very easy to set up, just plug it in and you're good to go. Drag and drop simplicity, no unnecessary software or anything. Good display, crisp colors, not necessarily top of the line, but for the price you can't beat it.
- Cons: The build of it is good, but the clear frame feels (and somewhat looks) a bit tacky; could use some tightening/adjusting. Looks ok overall, but doesn't really have that high quality look.
- Other Thoughts: LED's are a nice touch, but just seem to be a low attempt to be flashy. Haven't tried the video player and music player features, only bought it for the pictures.
