Does the M92p support dual screens?

Yes, it does, although you'll have to update your onboard Intel HD driver first. (You can do that with Lenovo's own ThinkVantage tool.) However, the resolution is limited to, as I recall, 1680 x 1050.

However, if you swap out the removable video card with a Firepro 2270 DMS59 type card, you can go up to 2560 x 1600 per monitor. There may be others that will work but this card only uses 15 watts which is the biggest consideration in these small machines.

Crashing is a very open term? Blue screen, random restarts, did you just install new software? Multiple questions and scenarios. You must elaborate on crashing.
