do you have to us Bluetooth or can you plug into tv?

You can connect to several  sound sources,  such as direct wire from TV or aux such as direct wire plug your phone via a 3.5mm  standard audio connector. 
Comes with (1) cable with standard 3.5 mm connectors on the end as well as an adapter to convert to RCA type (left and right) audio connector. 
On the back you have (2) 3.5mm inputs, (1)  digital coaxial, (1) optical(fiberoptic).
There is (1) subwofer -out  connector.
I think it also came with 1 optical fiberoptic cable.

Short answer, No it does not...unless there is a way to convert a Sub Out to more than just a bass output.

There are 4 input connections:
optical
coaxial
and 2- 3.5mm inputs

The only OUTPUT is "Sub Out" to hook to a sub woofer.

The nature of your question leads me to believe you are purchasing this Soundbar for the same reason I did, which by the way, I love thus far.

I have this soundbar set up with a desktop computer and often times I do wish it had a way to connect to headphones as it is often loud that close even at volume 1 - 3. In fact I never go higher than 3.

I have a weird shaped desk and this thing, along with some careful measuring, proved to fit perfect below my monitors and give me added desk space from my old speaker setup.

So, in short...(I know, Too late!!) I would recommend this soundbar(especially for the STEAL of a price), but if the headphones thing is a deal-breaker, then I'd pass.

Can I use my Samsung TV remote to control this?

If connected to your TV via optical or audio jack think of it as an extended speakers. If you up the volume on the TV, then these speakers will also get louder (if on). Turning the sound bar on/off will NOT be done via samsung remote, or changing 'sources'. By source I mean if it's connected to TV, that's it you can't switch to your cell phone and such.

Can I easily plug this into a computer?

Yes, you can use the RCA jack to plug into the headphone output on your computer, or you can connect it via bluetooth, which is what most people do, so you don't even need a physical plug.

What is the power supply voltage on this sound bar? Is it just 110v or is it 110v~240v?

Does this item have a subwoofer?

Yes. It is built in and has a separate volume control buttons. I wish there was more kick to the woofer and usually have it set to max. I would say the quality of sound is pretty good, especially for the price.

I have a LG tv and i am not having luck with the setting this up ?My tv is not a smart tv The blue tooth is working with my phone for music.

Some tv's have a menu option to change sound output from built in speakers to external speakers.  Have you tried this?  I recommend checking your tv manual.  The sound bar will work with it.

does anyone know if this has a headphone jack and know how well it works with standard headphones?

It has an auxiliary jack which fits most standard headphones but never actually used it for headphones.  I have used it to connect an mp3 player and it works well for that purpose

How do I get more bass on this?  Do I need to buy a subwoofer?

The bass is limited on the soundbar itself but adding a subwoofer will definitely provide more bass and it's easy to setup.
